www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6003331/Britains-official-transgender-student-officer-suspended.html

"Shocking images on the site show an individual flashing while sitting in a train carriage, in a public park and at a bus stop.

Another photograph shows male genitals being exposed in an office close to a curved wooden desk that is strikingly similar to a picture of a work desk that Ms Bradley posted on her Facebook page. "

The photo have been archived on archive.is, you can search there under the domain exhbitionizm.tumblr.com and include lots of flashing shots.

Bradley has commented:

" I appreciate at this time there is a lot of speculation about my conduct and I am able to tell you that I am confident that none of my behaviour has been unlawful, and that I have not engaged in sexual activity with anyone, or in the view of anyone, without their consent. "

I notice that a lot of people were doubting that this was real on Twitter saying that it was too good to be true and there was no evidence this is connected to Jess, for reasons that aren't clear to me. But anywhere there is no sign of a denial that the exhibitionism blog belonged to Jess.

No, Carter Fuck not cheap. And unlike our friend Lily they are unlikely to be working pro boner.

Wow. Thanks for sharing. let's see how trans allies manage to explain this one.

‘There’s no such thing as a real woman’ Jess Bradley - NUS Trans Officer.

Rose of Dawn discusses Jess Bradley's links.

'What does co-opting the trans movement look like: Radical far-left activists often co-opt unrelated movements to enforce their ideology on others. Here, I take a look at this phenomenon taking place in the trans community.'

Carter Ruck will do ‘no win, no fee’ if it’s an open and shut case.

Otherwise she has rich friends

I was wondering - is it flashing if no one sees? I wondering if that was what they meant by lawful?

I'm very dubious about the whole thing though - the account that put this info out there didn't seem quite consistent according to some twitter people. And of course suspension does not equal guilt.

I think we need to be very careful here, as I'd Bradley is not guilty "TERFS" floating would be a very bad look.

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 29/07/2018 07:29

Gloating not floating

Bowlofbabelfish · 29/07/2018 07:31

unfortunately many people will discount anything from the Mail without even reading it.

The Mail has a huge circulation. I’m not their biggest fan I must admit but I think the more press outlets that pick up on such alleged offences/stories the better. Papers like the guardian have a much lower readership. Papers like the telegraph/times have a readership that I suspect is already fairly gc but just unaware of the issues.

We need all the press to be freely examining the issues around women’s rights and what some trans activists are demanding

Sarahconnor1 · 29/07/2018 07:37

As if he'd necessarily know whether a woman (or anyone, really) saw him. The entire thrill of something like this is that someone could "catch" you in the act and have a reaction that gets you off even more

This. Jess flashed their penis in very public places there was a very high chance of some unwilling person being caught up in this fetish.

Carter Ruck were engaged to try to stop the publication, the silencing or attempted silencing especially while the consultation is open is terrifying.

Bowlofbabelfish · 29/07/2018 07:38

And of course suspension does not equal guilt.

Absolutely. Any alleged offences should be investigated with due process. The NUS are doing this and it will be interesting to see the outcome.

Carter Ruck will do ‘no win, no fee’ if it’s an open and shut case.

I highly doubt that. It’s really not that kind of firm at all.

I suspect that, as you say, someone with very deep pockets is funding this.

2011 Manchester Evening News article
'Art buff? Join in the Naked Tea Party at Salford's Islington Mill'
(extract)
"A mass nudity event is expected to attract hundreds of willing volunteers who will strip off to be drawn, painted and photographed.

Naturist Jess Bradley, 22, from Rusholme, is behind the project which he says will celebrate ‘body positivity, non-sexual nudity and feminism’.

Members of the public are invited to Islington Mill, Salford, tonight between 6-10pm to get their kit off and be drawn, painted and photographed by artists. He said: “Our project is basically what we would be doing anyway as naturists.

“We started a website called Naked Vegan Cooking. We like to cook naked and then post the photos and recipes online." (continues)

RythmStix Jess Bradley is a non-binary transwoman. She has been suspended pending investigation.

Mummyoflittledragon · 29/07/2018 07:47

Women struggle so much with not getting their cock out in public. They need compassion for this problem, not judgment.. Grin

That’s about the long and short of it. I struggled only yesterday. Hmm

I hope this case gets a lot of coverage.

TerfsUp · 29/07/2018 07:48

Horrifying. The use of the phrase "not unlawful" is very odd.

TerfsUp · 29/07/2018 07:49

working pro boner

That made me laugh.

StringandGlitter · 29/07/2018 07:50

But no man would ever dress as a woman to sexually harass women. That just doesn’t ever happen.

RhythmStix · 29/07/2018 07:54

There is a long history of exactly that in films; Antony Perkins in 'psycho' - he dresses up as his dead mother so he can intimidate and attack women while they are naked. Michael Caine in 'Dressed To Kill' - a similar scenario. It seems that men like 'Jess Bradley' have got all manner of inventive ways of attacking and sexually abusing women, including by pretending to be a woman so they can get closer access. Way to go.

StringandGlitter · 29/07/2018 07:55

So are the TRA going to defend this, or distance themselves in a “no true trans woman” way?

I’m curious.

Sarahconnor1 · 29/07/2018 07:56

The use of the phrase "not unlawful" is very odd

I suspect Jess would argue that the only people present when Jess exposed their penis were consenting, but the fact this took place in such public places risks unwilling members of the public being exposed to penis.

Whatever terminology Jess wants to wrap around this Jess is not the kind is person I want to share single sex spaces with.

Wanderabout · 29/07/2018 07:57

Carter Ruck will do ‘no win, no fee’ if it’s an open and shut case.

Carter Ruck are using the controversial recent Cliff Richard/BBC ruling in their defence argument.

If they do that, this would be a hugely controversial, potentially landmark case given the potential implications for press freedom of speech. That suggests a hugely expensive, complex argument and case not a simple 'open and shut' case to me.

Would love to know who is funding this and why.
