www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-6003331/Britains-official-transgender-student-officer-suspended.html

"Shocking images on the site show an individual flashing while sitting in a train carriage, in a public park and at a bus stop.

Another photograph shows male genitals being exposed in an office close to a curved wooden desk that is strikingly similar to a picture of a work desk that Ms Bradley posted on her Facebook page. "

The photo have been archived on archive.is, you can search there under the domain exhbitionizm.tumblr.com and include lots of flashing shots.

Bradley has commented:

" I appreciate at this time there is a lot of speculation about my conduct and I am able to tell you that I am confident that none of my behaviour has been unlawful, and that I have not engaged in sexual activity with anyone, or in the view of anyone, without their consent. "

I think the weird statement is

Crime of flashing is only flashing if someone sees you. If no one saw them, technically not a crime.

Although, if they've done it on a bus I would think there are stricter rules

And at work of course you can be sacked

The consent statement is weird. Just weird. It seems pretty unrelated to what they are accused of at this point. Maybe pre empting something else?

enoughisenough12 · 29/07/2018 09:37

Extremely concerning to see the repeated posts on that blog about schools, schoolchildren and illegal sexual activity - that is a massive safeguarding issue.

I trust that this has been reported to the police ? Does anyone know?

GenderApostate · 29/07/2018 09:37

So pleased this has all come out. Couldn’t happen to a nicer bloke ✊
These kind of people, by which I mean fetishistic, predatory Woman haters, (not genuine Transsexual people) , are telling us who they are every day yet they worm their way into influential positions, seemingly with ease.

I wonder if he’s big mates with Peto? 🤔

SPOFS · 29/07/2018 09:38

Why does this person need lawyers? Who are they suing? The NUS or the Daily Mail?

Anyway, I just know that they will blame the "nasty terfs" for this behavior, as they do everything else.

Ereshkigal · 29/07/2018 09:41

I think they tried to block publication. But the Mail have gone ahead, hence the statement.

Jess Bradley comments on Equality Act, access to women's spaces, NUS Women's campaign position & feminism during SKY news interview. (scroll down to penultimate clip)

slating women while defending Bradley because wanking on tubes is a symptom caused by a conflict in the gender identity.

If women are a community to which Bradley is accountable then doubtless all will be revealed in sufficient detail to disambiguate it from the behaviour of others who are more typically associated with this pattern of behaviour.

If women are not a community to which Bradley is accountable then there will be so many open, baffling, questions.

But, yes - several of the Rules of Misogyny would seem to fit here. (How odd is it that I feel that I can not identify the numbers of the rules that I have in mind.)

Dragoncake · 29/07/2018 09:43

Has anyone alerted Private Eye? This sort of thing would be right up their street.

OvaHere · 29/07/2018 09:45

What a surprise. Not.

This person has been key in informing the government about how Self ID is no risk to women and girls.

I don't believe they should be using this consultation to inform anything.

GollyGoshGreat · 29/07/2018 09:49

It will be interesting to see how this pans out.

OrchidInTheSun · 29/07/2018 09:52

I don't think this thread will get shut down. Bradley's defence appears to be that no one was in the vicinity when he had his cock out. He mentions several times that he works in an open plan office.

This is a man who is sexually aroused by breaking people's boundaries and he is leading a campaign and advising the government that it is his right to do that and there is no difference between him and women.

Women don't talk about going to a shopping centre and exposing their semi in the urinals.

TheMostBeautifulDogInTheWorld · 29/07/2018 09:52

This person has been key in informing the government ...

Is it really bad of me to really, really want to be a fly on the wall at Penny Mordaunt's house right now?

Hangingaroundtheportal · 29/07/2018 09:56

Especially given that if the law changes around the GRA Bradley and others are calling for go through, it would be 'not unlawful' and far more likely for exposed penises to be in lots of places like female changing rooms, female-only NHS wards, etc.

This! People always argue that if a transwoman was the flash you in the changing rooms you could still call the police. But the whole point is that if the law changes then any man can go into a woman's changing room and expose their penis by 'getting changed' and there isn't a thing you could do. Flashing isn't always about a man walking up to a woman and exposing himself with a flourish, it's about knowing that people can see their dick, potentially see their dick and getting a kick out of it. It's about making others uncomfortable. Which any man could do in a female changing room without actually doing anything 'wrong' if the law were to change.

boldlygoingsomewhere · 29/07/2018 09:56

You would hope that all those organisations that have used Bradley for consultations on Trans issues might now pause for thought.

A big red flag that someone with this sort of fetish is in any way involved in actions which will lower safeguarding for women and children.

NothingOnTellyAgain · 29/07/2018 09:56

YY @ non binary woman being an impossible designation, according to the genderists own rules.

Gender = and actually outweighs sex.

Your self declared gender is your sex.

So a non binary person has no sex.

Non binary woman makes no sense. As Non binary and woman are both genders. Different genders.

Of course very little of what the gender proponents say has any logic to it. So I suspect the answer is that anyone can identify however they choose and who are you to deny their identity, that's literal violence.

Hangingaroundtheportal · 29/07/2018 09:58

I think it will be really interesting to see how this plays out, especially in regards to the GRA.

I think that the line will be 'don't tar all trans people with the same brush, you can't let the actions of a few affect everyone (so let's continue to push to let men in women's spaces)'.

But it will be really interesting to see how people react to this.

LangCleg · 29/07/2018 09:58

They will be waiting to see which way this goes, they need to know whether to be angry at women for framing brave brave Bradley in this way, or to be angry at Bradley for pretending to be trans.

Calling Central Authority! Calling Central Authority! Advice required! Stat!

The lines are so busy the network's gone down!

GravyMilkshake · 29/07/2018 09:59

Fgs will people PLEASE stop calling this creature “she” and “her” 😡😡😡

R0wantrees · 29/07/2018 09:59

2017 NUS interview with Jess Bradley:
'We spoke with Jess after her election about what she has planned for the year ahead, why Trans issues need more funding and whether she thinks more organisations will follow NUS' lead.'

SPOFS · 29/07/2018 10:00

Oh no! I just looked at that Twitter thread. Sadly, the flashing is one of the Tamer things they posted! There are allegedly a lot of disgusting things about school boys Sad

Hangingaroundtheportal · 29/07/2018 10:01

Just seen that Jess Bradley is the leader of Action for Trans Health, who are that lot that think that all trans prisoners should be released? 😂

Seriously, where do these people come from?!

Datun · 29/07/2018 10:03

Simon Blake, head of the NUS, is a Stonewall trustee. That may be one possible answer...

Find it very interesting that someone who has done 'nothing unlawful' has instructed the big guns to fight their case.

Apparently Simon Blake is also very good friends with Julie Bentley, the head of Girl Guides.

Men cannot understand the flashing/harassment/sex pest argument women make about needing single sex spaces.

They are far more chilled out about seeing a penis. Urinals, when they go off to pee up a tree, etc.

Women's experience of penises in public is a threatening one.

Deathgrip · 29/07/2018 10:04

Can anyone clarify for me... the article impIies that they are not the person in the photos, just that they’ve taken photos of someone else flashing and posted them, although it notes the similarity of their desk.

Is this due to the lawsuit or because it hasn’t yet been confirmed that they’re the ones in the pictures?

Bowlofbabelfish · 29/07/2018 10:06

Emailing private eye... can someone send me a link to the archived blog please?
