OvaHere · 29/06/2018 23:16

That's really shitty Flowers

averylongtimeasspartacus · 29/06/2018 23:17

Just seen that - shit.:(

ItsTheGloaming · 29/06/2018 23:19

What? Where?

BeyondRaggydoll · 29/06/2018 23:22

Wankers Angry

What's even the point? Where is even the tiniest clue to point towards this "bullying"?

Y'know what I call bullying? Releasing a list of women. Even IF there were any bullying, I very much doubt it would have been the entire group. But nope, narc rage - crash and burn everything...

moofolk · 29/06/2018 23:25

Thanks for the heads up.

pombear · 29/06/2018 23:27

Bloody hell!

As per beyond 's comment - narc rage.

I'm not visible on social media, so couldn't join the group.

But admired you all.

Don't forget, nothing you have done is against the law, everything you have done is for women and girls.

Let us know if there's anything us more invisible people can do to help you right now.

There are some despicable people out there.

And as always, this behaviour always only goes one way. The grace, humour and resilence of #manfriday's campaign only goes to reinforce the knowledge we have of that behaviour, yet again.

MistyEyedMixture · 29/06/2018 23:27

Do you know how it got leaked? Should people on the list delete their facebook/double check privacy settings?

ItsTheGloaming · 29/06/2018 23:27

Can someone point me to the list please..... I was part of the fb group, I go away for a few days and have no idea what is happening????!!!!

Bespin · 29/06/2018 23:28

Realisting this list is not a good thing to be doing by anyone, I hope the pwople are safe, the woman who leaked this does appear to want to take everyone down with her in this. As much as people want to use this to win whatevrr that means putting People at risk like this is not the way. As I know people will read these threads from. Both side bullying anyone is never the answer what ever form it takes.

ItsTheGloaming · 29/06/2018 23:30

My point is, I am probably on the list and I have no idea where the list is or what I should be doing about it!

ChoccyJules · 29/06/2018 23:30

I can't remember if I've joined a list...Blush

pombear · 29/06/2018 23:30

Hmm. Bullying from 'both sides' but the news and threads like these always only seem to highlight bullying from one side only.

Unless debate and facts = bullying.

But I agree bespin with you fully, noone should be pointing anyone towards the list.

Bespin · 29/06/2018 23:33

I don't want to see anyone trying to capitalise off. This person's anger if it's justified or not which I don't know. Enough about to say but it does not. Get. Them. Or anyone the right to place others at risk please think on twitter posters who read this thread.

There's a huge lack of info here, what list? twitter? Facebook? Manfriday website? tshirt and badges sales? Who is the mysterious person who wants to take everyone down with her?

SwearyG · 29/06/2018 23:42

Hi everyone, I've been contacted by someone to make sure you're aware of the following:

  1. Being a member of a feminist activist group is not grounds for an employer to start any disciplinary proceedings
  1. Having gender critical/feminist beliefs is protected by the Equality Act. Employers may not discriminate against people with these beliefs
  1. ManFriday activism is intended to highlight institutional failures to invoke sex exemptions as set out in the Equality Act. If an employee is treated badly at work due to this then their employer is victimising them.
  1. Any trouble contact their union for support
  1. If not in union then post in Mumsnet and we can find legal advice and support

Okay, I can lighten the mood a little, I saw something that made me laugh...
The TRAs on twitter seem to think she gave them the list to frame them
🙄

pombear · 29/06/2018 23:48

You are all amazing women.

You've done nothing wrong.

From taking a look at the person who's done this, they're coming apart at the seams.

OnThisHill · 29/06/2018 23:49

This is REALLY shitty. Happened to me Labour Against Transphobia time.
I believe this is different ... and worse.
Hope all are OK and yes, what SwearyG said. ^

MistyEyedMixture · 29/06/2018 23:50

catsafteralumber thanks.

I only saw screenshot not lists of names just to reassure some people. If there is a list I've not seen it.

The both sides thing is bollocks, GC women aren't infiltrating trans groups in order to doxx members.

Courage, women who're on the list! Like Sweary said, being opposed to proposed changes to the GRA and wanting the Equalities Act upheld are not illegal, no matter how much some people may wish that to be so.

CatsAfterSlumber · 29/06/2018 23:55

There's a list but it's hardly comprehensive. For example, it gives a person's name and "London" as the address.

One entry is simply "Bath, Somerset". ( What, all of it?)

No full details of anyone as far as I could see - unless there's another list somewhere else.
