We need brave women REFUSING to be silenced. TRUTH IS NOT HATE! IGNORANCE IS NOT STRENGTH!
We are that woman.

And I'd also like to go back to the actual point. Trans people, all people, have the right to go about their days, be free form harassment and violence, live their lives. Absolutely!

But women in Canada... the prostitutes Pickton killed were killed because of their sex. The missing and murdered women were killed because of their sex. The woman every six days who dies at the hands of her partner is killed because of her sex.

There also ALSO issues with discrimination based on gender identity but they are not the same issues. And recognizing both isn't bigotry.
