Those personal budgets would buy plenty of drugs and operations, they would require extra care for life, who would the family be directed to for assistance?

I think that this Chief Exec should not be allowed to work with/for any organisation that is supposed to represent or protect children until a review is carried out regarding the legal and safeguarding choices and consequences of an organisational change that this person oversaw in their last post.

I don't know what can be done, I have no expertise in this area, but this is a scandal leaving thousands of girls at risk and erasing their specific needs and experiences. The entire Executive board should be looked at but ultimately the Chief Exec should be held accountable.
