I for one had no idea women’s faces were supposed to be luminous as the super moon. Munroe helped, um, highlight my lack of awareness.

As for 'X company is ace because they do not test on animals'; Animal testing for cosmetics was banned in the EU decades ago. Thanks to a lot of protesting and petitioning.

Derail but to be fair to the UK I understand UK standards for farm animals are higher than what is required under EU rules.

The UK has a proud history of campaigning for animal rights and welfare. Since long before the EU even existed. The concept of human rights wasn't invented in 1993 either.
