It’s not a great date that is definitely true, however happy to give up some commercial bullshit for something I really believe in.

I'm in if DH is home for DC duties. Meeting beforehand would be good.

I'm coming from further afield and it would be tougher if it wasn't half-term - I think we'll stay overnight and it's nice to know the DC can do that without missing school.

The woman who wrote it is really interesting and I think she was a MSP or councillor a while ago.

I'll be visiting Edinburgh from afar that week, so I intend to be there. Meeting up beforehand would be great.
It's completely ridiculous that we feel this is a risky thing to do, and I know it is risky.
I'm sure most ordinary punters have no idea what's going on.

Hope you all have fun. Is there a way to request these events at certain places? Or near places at least. I am disabled so cannot really travel far and am from near Newcastle, so one around here would be fantastic. Not sure how many others would be able to make it though as it seems most here are in Scotland or London!

Yes I think there's quite a demand at this point but you could contact a women's place and see what they say.
There's been one in Manchester and bristol is coming up.

Women's Place just announced Birmingham and London meetings so hopefully Newcastle will follow!

Just realised this is next week, looking forward to it.

I'm debating going to this as I missed the Glasgow one and this is closer. OOAOML it didn't show on my FB when I bought the Glasgow ticket.
