Lily Madigan and Aisling Musson are asking for 'screenshots and evidence of transphobic behaviour' so they can make Labour 'a truly safe space for all members regardless of their gender identity or lack thereof.' In other words, doxxing people so they can be thrown out of the party for gender-critical views.

The group write-up is:

A group formed to oppose the rising tide of Transphobia in the UK Labour Party and to seek to make the Party a truly safe space for all members regardless of their gender identity or lack thereof.

PLEASE READ THE PINNED POST

If you have screenshots and evidence of transphobic behaviour please put them in the google drive folder rather than offloading them straight into the group as it may otherwise be overwhelming and trans members should have the option to not have to look at upsetting comments.

Do not add anyone unless you are sure that they:

1. Are a member of the Labour Party
2. Believe the basis of gender is self-definition
3. Think that transphobia is grounds for expulsion from the party
4. Respect the autonomy of trans people to direct the fight against transphobia (I.e will not take decisions against the will of trans people)

If you are a trans and/or non binary person and you would like to be added to the secret group (trans/nb people only) please message lily madigan or aisling musson and we will add you.

Rules:

• No advocacy for violence, threats of violence of other illegal acts (quite apart from the morality of it, please do not get this group shut down)
• This is a not a discourse group. If you do not agree that transphobia is bad, that the Labour party has it and that we should fight it, this is not a group for you.

So we now tell the press. The way to fight this bullshit is transparency. We want a public debate on GRA, and Labour is threatening women, not even labour membership who wish to engage. If we were allowed a debate, none of us would be this angry in the first place. Please don’t be scared of these bullies. We have a right to free speech, and the bigger story is Labour are shutting down women. Again.

I’m happy to talk on this public forum, unlike labour who hide in secret groups to target women. I’m pretty wrecked after the last few days working on this, but if you want me to speak to more journalists, I can, the ones I know all utterly support us on this. And they hate the idea of men intimidating women. This is nothing new from labour by the way, have a read of Militant, or Hammer Of The Left, this is how the roll. Even GBH actually is pretty accurate about labour intimidation of people who don’t toe the party line. Hard left I’m afraid, they refuse to honour broad church debate.

Don't want to put too much pressure on you, Hammer, you must be exhausted already. I really do think it would be a good idea to get the media sniffing around the fact that Labour seems to be going full Stasi on its members, though. Clearly the people pushing this don't have enough sense to realize that it's a great way to lose an election if the public get wind of it, but hopefully there are some people left within the party who'd actually like to be elected again some time in the forseeable future. Even for people who don't care about the trans issue at all this sort of behavior from a leftist party has alarming historical echoes.

I have a feeling that there is an element in Labour that is targeting young and vulnerable people in order to use them to do their dirty work. These people will be hung out to dry when the dirty tricks are uncovered and the Politburo will have plausible deniability.

That's the thing though, the hardcore of excitable young people really honestly seem to think that it's just us, tiny minority of evil radfem witches, who don't believe that if you were born with a cock and balls you aren't a woman. It's mad. Every time I talk to DH about this stuff he's like, what? That's ridiculous.

And yes, there are some very cynical older people within the Party lying to them, and they're young and dumb enough to believe them.
