I'm hoping to get there early to meet up with some Mumsnetters beforehand but, if not, is there some way for us Mumsnetters to spot each other once we're at the meeting? Is there an internationally recognised symbol of the Mumsnetters?

The premeet will involve ribbon, in green, purple or white.

I've now had an email back confirming where the venue is. I won't post it on here for obvious reasons but, if you contact them and your name is on the attendee list, they will get back to you quickly.

I wish I was in Manchester this evening. It's pretty exciting to think of all you Mumsnetters converging and meeting. I will be following your adventures here and also on twitter. I think the hashtag they will be using is #WPUK
