I know. :) I do think that with it being free some people will have booked tickets not sure they can make it so worth asking for waiting list.

WelshMoth · 07/01/2018 21:50

Would be amazing to get a Cardiff meet.

Bring it South for us lot too!!

Please!

BarrackerBarmer · 08/01/2018 16:51

I want to come but no more tickets, drat.
If anyone with a ticket finds they can no longer attend I hope they manage to formally cancel their tickets so their places can be reallocated. I'll be sitting on the waiting list.

BubbleLamp · 08/01/2018 18:03

I just managed to get a ticket.

Mamaka · 08/01/2018 18:18

How, bubble? Waiting list?

MaidOfStars · 08/01/2018 18:33

There are plans for a pre-meet fortifying drinks Details on how to join us are on this thread.

BarrackerBarmer · 12/01/2018 00:35

I am now coming, whoop!

moofolk · 15/01/2018 14:09

Good news we have moved to a slightly larger space (still Central Manchester) so more tickets available.

You might still get a waiting list notification but more tickets now. Smile

Mamaka · 15/01/2018 14:27

Got a ticket! Where are details of pre-meet?

moofolk · 15/01/2018 15:09

Upthread somewhere!

Betti935 · 15/01/2018 20:48

I'm hoping to get there early to meet up with some Mumsnetters beforehand but, if not, is there some way for us Mumsnetters to spot each other once we're at the meeting? Is there an internationally recognised symbol of the Mumsnetters? Wink

MaidOfStars · 15/01/2018 21:13

The premeet will involve ribbon, in green, purple or white.

MaidOfStars · 15/01/2018 21:14

All MNers shall bring a bag of Pom Bears?

MancMum01 · 16/01/2018 23:04

Is there an update to how this meeting went - I really wanted to go but was away with work and would be interested to hear the feedback

Betti935 · 16/01/2018 23:08

It's tomorrow! Tickets still available as they have moved to larger venue to accommodate the numbers wanting to attend:

I didn't get the email yet saying where the venue is! Please can someone PM me it just in case we don't find each other at the pre-meet? Thank you!

ATeardropExplodes · 17/01/2018 15:39

I hope it all goes well, wish I was closer and able to come [apart from the fact I'm already in my jamas tonight].

Betti935 · 17/01/2018 16:25

I haven't had the email yet either.

mimivanne · 17/01/2018 16:45

I got mine mid morning, contact eventbrite?

CuppaTeaAndAJammieDodger · 17/01/2018 16:50

Have a good time all - I was at the Cambridge one recently and it was just amazing.

Betti935 · 17/01/2018 17:11

I've emailed them.

OP posts:
Betti935 · 17/01/2018 17:20

I've now had an email back confirming where the venue is. I won't post it on here for obvious reasons but, if you contact them and your name is on the attendee list, they will get back to you quickly.

I wish I was in Manchester this evening. It's pretty exciting to think of all you Mumsnetters converging and meeting. I will be following your adventures here and also on twitter. I think the hashtag they will be using is #WPUK

VivaLeBeaver · 17/01/2018 17:49

Think I know someone who is speaking tonight. Sad I can't make it.

PlonitbatPlonit · 17/01/2018 18:17

Speakers are Bea Campbell, Kristina Jayne Harrison and Ruth Serwotka.
