That's a load of rubbish surely

I mean, I do have 3, but one of them's an id card from another country, so not something most people in the UK would have - most people max out at passport, driving license, and perhaps a work id - photo credit cards never took off did they?

Well, you need 2 photo IDs for a DBS check, and if you don't have them (because in reality lots of people don't drive or have a passport) you have to provide a millionty other pieces of ID - so it has to be possible to use other types of ID.

He has ID (or can get it) but he wants it in his new name. Tough.

He can get it in his new name really easily and for - I've just looked it up - a statutory declaration (ie. a form letter that's been signed in front of a solicitor/notary) is all it takes to change name on a driving license.

I can't imagine it takes more than a 35 quid deed poll to change the name on your passport either (well, plus the 70 odd quid for the passport) and it's free to change your driving license name - so all in, for about 100 quid (or 3 nights out when I was a student)

Legally this person, as it stands, is not a woman. The party rules say one must be a woman to take the role, ergo another woman is being gone out of a job and Lily is holding the role fraudulently.

How can we challenge this legally?

Also Medway Council’s tenant application goes through Kent Homechoice and requires ONE form of photo ID and proof of salary/benefits etc.

Anyway went to labour women’s event - LM was there - didn’t talk to them - Angela Rayner spoke she was great but did talk about how awful transphobia was - which got lots of applause- I didn’t - this is probably outing me - had a long discussion with someone about why I had a problem with GRA and managed to
make my point I think
