She's taking a Twitter break for her mental health because of the level of abuse she's receiving. She's a teenage girl, FFS - and even if you think she's a teenage boy, in what world does a 19 year old deserve this amount of bullying?

I am Spartacus, but I am struggling with this one. I agree that Lily should not be in the position of Women's officer, but she* was allowed to get to this position by people above her in the party by advocation and votes. It is wrong that she is in that position, but no amount of hatred towards her will change that - however by letting her get on with the position I believe will prove that she can't do the job and won't be there for long.

I think we have bigger fish to fry.

Diversity seems to mean having someone who's stark staring bonkers in a position of responsibility.

When I think of the actual abuse dealt with by female MP's such as Diane Abbott, I'm stunned by the claims of hate and abuse.

I was thinking about Diane Abbott earlier. The abuse that she has endured day in day out for years is horrendous and hateful. She only talks about it in appropriate forums and spends the rest of her time getting on with her job.
