Saint Caitlyn has a book coming out in which she reveals that she HAS had gender reassessment surgery. I think a few people on here thought that they hadn't.

Anyway, the DM have some interesting pictures which show how trans surgery works.

What a shame that the TW dancer had never heard of Carlos Acosta, Mikhail Baryshnikov, Rudolf Nureyev or any of the other fabulous male ballet dancers, or indeed the choreographers and producers such as Matthew Bourne or the Ballet Boyz who are skewering the traditional gender roles in classical ballet

(Sorry, I disagree that there are not firm gender roles in classical dance - most of the stories are fairly chauvanistic, turning on the "prince comes to rescue the princess" trope, whilst the choreography is very much "small, delicate female dancer; big, powerful male dancer". But I digress. And it doesn't change the ridiculousness of the case upthread)

What do you mean icarus? Threatening suicide is a well-established tactic used by abusers to keep their victims under the thumb.

Bloody hell, so the 3 children he had with Kris, the 2 he had with Linda Thompson and the 2 with Chrystie Jenner were all conceived via "uncomfortable acts"? You've got to give the guy credit for keeping on trying....

One of the transwomen I know tried exactly the same tactic as CJ, blaming his DW for problems in their sex life. She was a devout Catholic and less conventionally attractive than him, so it was her fault. She accepted this and it hurt her badly. Realising that this was a cruel lie was one of the most enraging features of his transition to her, and who can blame her?

Some of the transphobia in here breaks my heart. It doesn't take much to use the correct pronouns and show compassion for someone that isn't like you. Calling it a mental health problem is utter ignorance.

Also, gender dysmorphia is a mental illness, and there's nothing wrong with that! To imply that there's something wrong with having a mental illness is wrong imo!

Calling gender dysphoria not a mental health problem is pure pandering to the trans lobby.
