I'm a lurker on these boards but I enjoyed reading Dittany's posts and wondered where she's gone.

I think that, understandably she was getting frustrated by being a focus for MRA posters' abuse. I hope she's not gone completly. Maybe just on holiday or namechanged?

She was on here the other day under a namechange. She's having a break but had popped back for a bit of healthy debate.

I have got sick of all the MRA posters around here and the amount of disruption they are causing.

Plus the constant focus on women's behaviour and refusal to address harm men do to us, which is not the way we will ever change anything.

I miss Mumsnet too though!

Blu - MRA = Men's Rights Activist (this doesnt mean a man who defends men's rights BTW, it refers to a particular political movement that promotes men's superiority over women).

You wont know me but I lurk on the feminism board sometimes and was thinking about where Dittany had gone to. Someone linked to a truly pathetic FB group a few weeks ago (Mumsnet Sucks, I think) and I had a quick read of it. The tragic, angry little prick who runs it was crowing about how he was going to switch focus from Dittany to someone else, or words to that effect, so I assumed that he'd been harrassing you, Dittany. Sorry you have had to put up with that, it's amazing how angry this type of man can be towards a woman he doesnt know isnt it? I have seldom come across anyone so lacking in self awareness.
