I would actually be quite uncomfortable about DH having pictures of me (presumably naked and in a slightly compromising position), particularly outside our house or on his phone etc.
I don't think it is necessary for the NHS to provide porn, but I don't think it is unreasonable for men to buy some and use it in that situation. I do think if it is not going to be provided, local newsagents might need to be given a heads up and there should be recycling facilities provided.
