Just setting up a chat to firm up plans for a Southern meet up and a Northern meet up.

Lets see who is interested, then firm up locations and dates.

I know there are a few of us who want to come but might not be able to make it, so no judgement at all for those who decide nearer the time that they can’t make it. Hope to meet some of you this year!

I won’t be able to make the northern meet but hope you all have a fabulous time!

Hello hello - nothing to report right now, but just wanted to remind anyone who does not have it in their diary that London will be 19 July.

I’m really sorry I haven’t sent details of the northern meet up yet. We’ve had some bad news about the health of a family member who is now receiving hospice care. I’ll try to send out this weekend.

Sorry to hear that @MamaNewtNewt and of course you should prioritise the family stuff - don't feel under any pressure about the meet-up. Do you need some help with it?

By the way, I asked you to send me the availability form and I've received it, but my timetable is a bit all over the place this summer, and I'm woefully ignorant of Northern cities. (I loved visiting Manchester last year though!) So I think it's best if I don't fill out the form; I'll just wait and see what city and date work best for other people, and will do my best to come wherever/whenever everyone else decides on. Thank you 💐

Just realised I didn't put this diary and then double booked myself. I managed to win tickets to see The Jacksons, Sister Sledge and Boney M. So I'll be doing that instead. Awfully sorry. Although I'm sure you'll all breathe a sigh of relief that I'm not coming
