50 Bookers 2025 Meet Up

Just setting up a chat to firm up plans for a Southern meet up and a Northern meet up.

Lets see who is interested, then firm up locations and dates.

I know there are a few of us who want to come but might not be able to make it, so no judgement at all for those who decide nearer the time that they can’t make it. Hope to meet some of you this year!

I've done it, with nothing in qs1. Sorry. My anxiety went into overdrive and short of trawling every 50 bookers thread to find something to say I had no idea what to put.

I had to check back on old threads. The shame!

I'm not totally sure either about something that you've only told us! I have some vague ideas but am worried about getting it completely wrong and ascribing a completely contrary opinion on a contentious book to you, or something!

Oh please don’t overthink - I was just trying to filter any dodgy stuff that might come through. Say something about you/about 50 bookers or at this point just provide your email and anything I need to know - I didn’t mean to cause any anxiety, just ward of Brian from Hull 😂😀

I've not received the northern email. I can't remember if I filled in a northern google form but did sent a PM. However I added an extra full stop at the end of my email address so it may just be that.

The plans sound great. I just need to remember not to buy too many books in the first hour, then stagger around all day.

Thanks for the London email! I’m genuinely in awe at the efficiency of the planning.

I haven’t seen a Northern email, so must have done something wrong somewhere.

I got back from holiday last night so am sending the northern email today. I tried to do it on my iPad but it was a bit of a nightmare so will send from my laptop today.

@RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie I am an Executive Assistant by day, so organising is my thing.

Thanks so much @MamaNewtNewt for organising. I'd love to join in, but do have a few commitments on some of the dates suggested. Happy to travel to any of those locations though. Fingers crossed the dates work out!
