Just setting up a chat to firm up plans for a Southern meet up and a Northern meet up.

Lets see who is interested, then firm up locations and dates.

I know there are a few of us who want to come but might not be able to make it, so no judgement at all for those who decide nearer the time that they can’t make it. Hope to meet some of you this year!

Just to say, I have received the email (about an hour ago). London will probably be my second choice (particularly if the northern meet up is in York) so I'll vote for dates as a maybe.

I've voted too. Looks at though there are quite a few popular dates.

I’ve voted a bit erratically, I'm afraid, as I don’t know quite what I’ll be doing beyond the end of June - so it may be a case of ducking in if I find I can join in when the preferred date is chosen.

I have voted yes for a couple and there's a couple I definitely can't do. July and August are generally a bit tricky but will fit in if I can.

London meet up friends, I have not forgotten - I hope to come up with a proper date and very very basic plan before EOW

Since there was some difficulty with email etc, I will send everyone in my DMs a little form and then I can collect them without MN messing up and make sure I have everything accurate.

Thank you @LeylaOfCircassia , that is quite some feat of organisation.

And now I have ruined it for myself, and it is entirely my own fault. I'm so sorry but yesterday evening I signed up to my WI annual vineyard trip which is also on 19 July and I forgot to amend my Meetup availability. I can't believe that this is the second year that I have messed up (last year it was the first day of a quilting course). My sincere apologies, especially to LeylaOfCircassia. I hope you all have a wonderful day and dare I say that I would love to come if you ever do it again.

Oh no - I am now double-booked for that date unfortunately. I was looking forward to this after last year's Northern meet up. If there's another meet up arranged for the folk who either can't travel to London or can't make this date I will do my very best to prioritise that.

@MamaNewtNewt is there a northern date in mind? I think I didnt sign up, but am keen to do both
