Don't post here if you don't want to know who dies and what happens.

You've been warned.

Or would Harry's change to mirror hers?

AlbusPercivalWulfricBrianSun · 01/08/2007 15:13

I think that Ginny would be too independent and Harry would never chane his. I bet Hermione and Ron's end up similar though.

fawkeoff · 01/08/2007 15:34

well thats answered most of the mystery then

fakeblonde · 01/08/2007 18:22

Oh heck i feel all wierd now ive finished the best book ive read !
How on earth can i follow that ?
Washing has piled up around me,dc eaten quick dinners, house a mess, even the loo not been cleaned for a few days !
Now i have finished it i feel lost

BandofMothers · 01/08/2007 18:24

Do what I did fake, start reading it again

Agree that Ginny would be too strong a personality to change her Patronus.
Hope Hermione kept her Otter too.

rosmerta · 01/08/2007 18:49

Just read the transcript, so cool, though I didn't want that to end either!

MrsWeasley · 01/08/2007 18:53

I'm re-reading it too and my DS is reading it now so we discuss it lots

He is very disciplined he was reading book 6 when 7 came out and carried on reading it despite bk 7 sitting under his pillow!

definately

rosmerta · 01/08/2007 19:33

Apparently Ginny's patronus is a horse

BandofMothers · 01/08/2007 19:36

I can imagine that. Wild and free.

MrsW, bless him. I assume he was rereading book 6.

rosmerta · 01/08/2007 19:41

I'm not sure, I expected something a bit less ordinary, I think!

BandofMothers · 01/08/2007 19:42

Like what??

I love that Arthur's is a weasel

rosmerta · 01/08/2007 20:06

Well, when I googled 'Ginny's patronus' there were a few websites that came up that thought she had a pheonix which would've been cool! But then DD's was a pheonix wasn't it?

I'm just not v keen on horses so had hoped she would've had something, to use your word, feistier!

persephonesnape · 01/08/2007 20:28

it's def a horse in OOTP (film)

wonder if Professor McGonnagles is a cat - would that work for an animagus. maybe it's a griffidor lion?

more importantly - what is yours? I asked my Ds's - one chose a dragon and the other a unicorn - funny that they're both magical creatures. mine would probably be a vixen.

tigerschick · 01/08/2007 21:08

McGonnagal's patronus is a cat - in DH when she sends her talking patronuses to get Flitwick, Sprout and Slughorn, they are definately cats.

I hope that mine wouldn't mirror dh's as his would undoubtedly be a cow

MrsWeasley · 01/08/2007 21:32

yeah loved her cats running around all over Hogwarts

BandofMothers · 01/08/2007 21:53

A Dragon, or a Tiger for me.

Have a dragon on my arm

tigerschick · 01/08/2007 21:59

I'd like to think that mine might be a tiger ... can't imagine why

BBBee · 02/08/2007 00:46

On the website in the acknowledgement bit she talks about her daughter - that made me cry more than the book.
