Hi all,

Well done evryone on the weigh ins, whether stayed te same, lost or not, we are doing so well to be still here 9 months later!
Murtette I only do one weigh in a week, (and maybe a sneaky one if I'm feeling like it it! But thats not official Grin)
My meetings are on a Weds night.
Trimmer sorry to hear about your 11lbs, but that will soon come off now terms started again and we can all get into a routine again!
Piste I've had my rusty old bike serviced and DH has put a nice shopping basket on the front Grin I love it,but haven't had a chance to use it properly yet Sad Just waiting for term to start.
Laughalot so Envy at your trip!
bebe How's things, are you back in 'the zone' yet? 1lb gain isn't that bad, is it the first time you have gained since the start?
I'm off to a hen night on Saturday, off to The Jam House in Birmingham, for dinner and dancing, I love it there, it's owned by Jules Holland and has Duelling Pianos and then always a super cool band on afterwards, folowed by a cheesy disco! I can't wait!

Sorry if I've missed anyone x

bebejones · 07/09/2010 07:11

Jodie - not my first gain & was a deserved gain, had eaten far too much cake over the last week! Blush

Blondes - no sausages for dinner?! :o Lol at freudian typo (STD lol :o)

All DD's groups/classes start up again this week! Hopefully I'll be too busy to munch cake and bad things! :o

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/09/2010 09:58

prettybird · 07/09/2010 10:28

:( Another 2 pounds on. :( Having a friend to stay who I hadn't seen for 34 years was not good for the diet - lots of wine was drunk and good food eaten Blush.

Anyway, the positive news is that I have started the 30 Day Shred: Day 1 today. As I type, my arms are still shaking Blush - although the stomack muscle excercises were all easy OK because of the Pilates that I do.

Hang on a minute - I've just checked my last weigh in. I haven't out on another 2 pounds, I have just sts. :):)

GT: I'll start running "with" you tomorrow maybe, but it is blowing a gale and raining here in Glasgow at the moment, so not conducive to going outside. But I have done my Shred.

RBOTP: Glad you enjoyed the wedding and that you are now back in the zone.

Blondes: I had porridge and blueberries for breakfast. Will probably have boiled eggs for lunch, and then a rice, lamb, tomato, raisins and onions dish for supper as we have some roast lamb left over from the weekend. Must start using Food focus again.

Bebejones: keep busy and don't munch that cake. Your size 12 is an inspiration to us all.

Laughalot: enjoy Chester. And make sure to do plenty of horizontal jogging to compensate for all that food and wine Wink

Jodie: enjoy the hen night.

Murtette: that's a good idea about the carrots. I've got some growing on the gardne that probably need to be pulled! Congratulations on your 2 pounds.

LizinFrance: Welcome :)

Morning ladies

I had a big low fat proteiny breakfast, and feel stuffed! The idea is I eat less all day now Hmm

piste That school system is Tokyo sounds sensible, my ds would have benefitted if we had the same.

Thanks for asking about him, he had a happy first day at school and compared his froggy rubber with his teacher's, she also has some soft toys the same as dds, she's young and seems fun.

You sound very back in the zone. We should have a clear run of back to the routine, weddings/visits etc all done.

blondes couldn't agree more it's a big gain (naughty Trimmer), hoping for a good loss this week. Walked/ran after dropping my car off for its MOT yesterday. Got to train for this 10 mile trace and I've probably bitten off more than I can chew!

murtette well done on your loss. You sound in the zone too.

laughalot another Envy but glad you had a good time!

Jodie You sound zoned as well. Like the sound of your hen night!

bebe I remember I used to get fed up when all the baby/toddler groups weren't on. A little of what you fancy, a bit of cake is OK...

pretty I am impressed at your starting the Shred. I had it in mind to do it today, but legs ache a bit after yesterday's run and the cat keeps waking me up at 5/6am so I feel knackered.

Tomorrow I am going for a run, my usual route of nearly 3 miles.

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/09/2010 15:51

I had some cheddars and was 2.5p

what a waste :(

GettinTrimmer · 07/09/2010 16:08

How many cheddars do you get for 2.5p?

RatherBeOnThePiste · 07/09/2010 16:11

When I first read Morning Ladies, from GT I thought it said Lardies and I was about to wail.

Pretty - hope your arms have stopped shaking!

Am sorry laughalot has an std according to Blondes!! What a plonker spell check!!

Blondeshavemorefun · 07/09/2010 16:57

GT not many :( a small packet from multi pack and im very Angry at it, should have pointed it BEFORE i ate them

GettinTrimmer · 07/09/2010 17:44

I love cheddars! Not surprised I gained bought a packet for dd and snaffled some.

Did you do full press ups Pretty?

Grin at Lardies!

OP posts:
Blondeshavemorefun · 07/09/2010 17:46

piste, i thought the other day said STINKIES as didnt have my contacts in

RatherBeOnThePiste · 07/09/2010 19:23

LOL Blondes!!

May I enquire as to what flavour monster munch is your current fave?!

I do like mini cheddars, I'll not lie to you ( I said that like Nessa from Gavin& Stacey) but I'd prefer Wotsits.

Gawd, listen to me, I really need to get out more!!

prettybird · 07/09/2010 19:26

No, I didn't do full press-ups - did barely the ones with the bent legs and my nose not quite getting all the way to the ground.

My arms are still tired Blush

In my defence, I was using 1kg weights. Grin

RatherBeOnThePiste · 07/09/2010 19:28

Omigod. Did post it twice. Have gone bonkers.

GettinTrimmer · 07/09/2010 19:44

Don't know about Wotsits Piste, an ex of mine used to call them old socks.

Are quavers supposed to be less calorific/points than normal crisps?
