Anyway, the positive news is that I have started the 30 Day Shred: Day 1 today. As I type, my arms are still shaking
- although the stomack muscle excercises were all easy OK because of the Pilates that I do.
Hang on a minute - I've just checked my last weigh in. I haven't out on another 2 pounds, I have just sts. :):)
GT: I'll start running "with" you tomorrow maybe, but it is blowing a gale and raining here in Glasgow at the moment, so not conducive to going outside. But I have done my Shred.
RBOTP: Glad you enjoyed the wedding and that you are now back in the zone.
Blondes: I had porridge and blueberries for breakfast. Will probably have boiled eggs for lunch, and then a rice, lamb, tomato, raisins and onions dish for supper as we have some roast lamb left over from the weekend. Must start using Food focus again.
Bebejones: keep busy and don't munch that cake. Your size 12 is an inspiration to us all.
Laughalot: enjoy Chester. And make sure to do plenty of horizontal jogging to compensate for all that food and wine
