Somehow I have managed to sts! Confused Got another bad day food wise today, although going to be very busy! Will start back on the wagon 2moro! :)

things improving slowly in the blondes lives and im trying not to let the shit hitting the pan to ruin my diet

i cant help what has happened but i can try and control the diet, im not going to ruin all the good work ive done this year

oast so simple and skim 3
fish, beans, carrots and brocolli &sc lite 6.5p

made a spag bol for tea, with tons of peppers/veggies in it and the bol part will be 3p and spag 3p

leaving few spare p for crisps

Am getting back in the zone! Can someone kick me really hard and tell me not to endanger all my good work pls? My brother and his family have gone. Very sad for everyone. Tokyo is such a long way away from London.

I will miss PBM - I hope she doesn't go forever. Too sad.

Blondes - I am glad that things are making some improvement for you and well done on loss. Yes your diet is definitely something you can control. For sure.

Bebe - congrats on sts.

Jodie - when does your DS start? I know they do staggered starts etc. A friend of ours DD was starting at a school nursery and because of home visiting and staggered starts, her first actual day was the Monday of the week before October half term. I kid you not!

Unfortuantely, I have been really bad this last week, so have put on 2 pounds :(

DS starts senior school tomorrow. Gulp.
DD is a bit angst ridden. She is certain she is ugly. Her hair is wrong, theres something wrong with her forehead and her mouth. She really isn't ugly, people often say shes a stunner and So tall It's tough being a teen.

I feel back on track though.

we ARE going to do this, and by christmas, we will be stinky slinky!!! Smile

course after pigging out at christmas, we will be dieting again in jan 2011, but hey we would have lasted a year!!!

my spag bol was yummy and today i had

cheerios and skim 3p
tuna&lf mayo and cucumber swich 4p and choc chip bis 1.5 and banana 1.5

tea will be salmon and rice so 6.5p

and of cousre crisps for a treat, might do wosists tonight

My fisrt 'real' weigh in tomorrow and I am bricking it, I've been super good, so shouldn't be an issue, but it's so public Blush I guess thats the point!

Piste DS starts on Weds 8th Sept, first 2 weeks just mornings and then full days, no staggered starts here, and he will only be there 3 full days (Mon Weds Thurs) He is sooo excited! And Sad about your brother and his family, my sister lives in Oz and is pregnant at the mo, it's so hard isn't it!

Pretty Sorry to hear you put on 2lbs, but that is easily done, and easy to rectify! Good luck this week x

I thought I had been supergood for the past week but still 12st 11 which means that I gained 5lbs over the holiday & bank holiday (despite being at the PIL for the latter).

Jodie - good luck at WW tomorrow. I will be starting there again tomorrow as I think I need to public humiliation to motivate me. I can do WW if I actually go to the weigh ins and meetings. Last time I did it, I was lucky as my secretary was doing it too so used to go with me, arrange my meetings around my weigh ins and generally bully me into doing it!

Piste - hope DS enjoys big school.

Blondes - well done on getting into the "11st something" mark. I am dreaming of that at the moment. I'm reading your menus with interest at the moment as I think I need to copy them!

I, too, am trying to reduce my internet life at the moment so won't be around as much as I used to. I'll make sure I report in every Monday though.

aww murtette, sorry for the gain, but if it makes you feel better its only 4lbs gain not 5lbs , as you were 12 - 7 on last list

you will get into the 11 stone mark, just as i have, tho has taken 8mths, but thats me a slow snail crawling slowly

are you doing ww then, sorry i lose count of who is doing what diet

feel free to steal use my menus, i find it helps me knowing what i am having all day, and planning

Can I come back please ? I have been bad put 8lb back on basically dident shift it after my holidays Sad. I do realise now how much walking up and down to school helps and of course with the school hols iv just got lazy. Im just going to do as I did before smaller portions and back on the school run next week. I realise now how much the weight loss helped me. I feel tired all the time and not so sexy in my clothes again Sad.

Hope everyone is doing well looks like there has been some fantastic weight loss. Iv missed you lot Grin.

Laughalot .... I feel bleugh too.
Still, once things return to a routine I know it will be easier. I put my bike in the shed in July and haven't seen it since!

I have found the holidays much much harder- meals out, picnics, barbecues. Camping in devon was hard on my diet as was the week our DC went surfing. Eating as a whole family is lovely but it can mean me eating more than I want to or stuff i don't really want. And with DD's mate anorexic I have to be very guarded in what I say/ do.

Still Renewed Vigour is what we need. Grin

Well done, Jodie! I've stocked up on mounds of 0pt veg and have got out my WW cookbook so hope to have a decent loss next week.

If anyone is looking for inspiration for lunch, I had this today and it was delicious but simple:

1 butternut squash
1 onion
1 large red pepper
1 litre veg stock (maybe a bit less as I thought the soup was quite watery)
herbs
seasoning

Just chop the veg up, add the stock, herbs and seasoning and just simmer for 25mins or so until the butternut squash is soft and then blend it. Delicious! Well, it is if you like butternut squash.
