PS - I went for a run this afternoon! only about 3 miles but feel good. Currently roasting chicken thighs/drummers. I changed the recipe slightly, and amalgamated it with one I found on Waitrose recipe site, I've done this:

-Marinated chicken in thyme, garlic and smidge olive oil
-Quartered a red onion and put in oven dish with more thyme, quartered lemon and chickens placed on top
-Drizzled with about a glass of pinot grigio (chillian?) and splash more oil to keep moist.

It'll cook for 40 mins. I'm doing baby new potatoes with mint butter (I might have one or two, will give the lion's share to DP) and lots of salad. I skinned the chicken first, before marinating, not sure if that means it'll all go weird in the oven, not having the skin to protect it. That might have been a mistake

I'll let you know how it turns out.

I finally found some scales in the gym and I confess to being 8st 8.

I wouldn't mind losing a couple of lbs but am more interested in cutting out the crap. You lot inspire me to do that.
