Oh dear. All healthy eating has gone out of the window this weekend. Am currently drinking diet coke and eating biscuits. Also today i've had cheddar on water biscuits (had four), porridge for breakfast (I did manage to refuse DP's legendary fry-ups so not as bad as it could have been). Also eaten some grapes.
Yesterday I had big salad for dinner, can't remember what else. Didn't go for that run either, but think I will tomorrow morning.
Hope everyone is getting along a bit better. Off shopping tomorrow, clothes shopping, so hopefully that'll spur me on a bit.
Rarghgh all out of sorts today. PMT maybe?
