Su
What are you doing to my ears this morning? That is dreadful. Have we had this yet? I defy you not to shake your booty to that song.

It is my feel good song. Impossible not to smile at that.

Who says Beyonce was the first to shake her booty?

stirlingstar · 31/03/2010 08:47

Marking new thread and I'm the first Wednesday person? Wow. Am meant to be working...

Had a good day yesterday except for 12 hula hoops (passim) and a marmalade sandwich . But this morning am at lowest weight since last morning sickness, so that's a result!

Today's plan: apple, oats, one bite of toast (had all that lot), sweet potato soup, fish, potatoes & greens. Plus a banana if desperate.

Have a good one...

stirlingstar · 31/03/2010 08:48

Oh - am very much not the first Wednesday person. Maybe I hav forgotten how to use internet by loss of fat from brain cells.

dinkystinky · 31/03/2010 08:50

new thread 7 pages along already??? Agh, not good for hungover head this morning

Pleased to report I stayed in the zone at indian cookery class last night - avoided the bread, the ghee, the deep fried stuff and stuck to the yummy prawn curry and veggie stuff we did - however did also neck around 8 glasses of wine (what can I say, cooking makes me thirsty) which I dont think technically classifies as being in the zone. Now hungover and facing day from hell at work as penance.

Welcome to all newbies.

bobbiewickham · 31/03/2010 09:03

Morning lovelies!

Feeling zoney - have been for a run, had bran flakes, plannning soup for lunch, dunno and salad for dinner and grooving round the kitchen to KC.

Happy days!

Undertone · 31/03/2010 09:12

V tough getting out of bed this morning - cold, wet, windy, grey. Energy levels plummeted. Could be day 2 of 2-day hangover, or maybe I've got a little bit of SAD - dunno. Is anyone else finding things really tough now the weather has gone back to DefCon Crap?

bobbiewickham · 31/03/2010 09:13

It's lovely and sunny here!

Weird.

Sun defo helps.

mrsjuan · 31/03/2010 09:32

Morning everyone.

Just marking my place in the zone. I have awoken and shoken whilst cleaning so now have nice clean house (downstairs anyway)

I want a new name. This one is boring.

dinkystinky · 31/03/2010 09:36

Ooh yes, DSs' nanny told me I was disappearing this morning as I got ready to run out the door to work. I take that as a good thing!

Undertone - agree, the weather is shite which is making me crave duvet. Either that or my work from hell day...

LorraineSattell · 31/03/2010 10:14

my optician told me i was looking skinny, which is nice.

geordieminx · 31/03/2010 10:28

Greetings ladies.

Have been absent in baren waste-land of not loosing anymore weight [grr]

Partly due t loosing 1/2 stone last week, partly due to consumption of too many biscuits in a PMT induced scoffing session.

Shitty weather here (again), have chipped another bit off crown (appointment to get new one not for 3 weeks), but apart from that all cool.

Am making a mountain of cakes with ds today to take north with us on Friday - rocky road and fairy cakes mostly. Trying to resist the urge to lick the bowl spoon.

Made some of your soup yesterday Su, tis yummy, so will try and fill up on that today instead, then chicken kebabs for tea tonight.

Have eaten a lot better this week, not a micro-meal in sight!

bobbiewickham · 31/03/2010 10:29

All sounds good, geordie...how can you resist rocky road? My mouth is actually watering just typing that...

cocolepew · 31/03/2010 10:33

Seriously some of you lot are not eating enough calories. It should be between 1200 and 1500 depending on your start weigh, even more if you are very overweight. It'll all go back on again because you are eating unrealistically. So there.

Snowing here.

BariatricObama · 31/03/2010 10:40

just went for a run in the snow!!!!!!!!!!!!

cocolepew · 31/03/2010 10:51

You're insane,, I'm still in my jammies.

On a completely different note I'm growing my hair and i appear to have morphed into Prof Brian Cox from that telly thing. I'm not sure it's altogether flattering.

Right I'm off to hoover and finish my book (Lee Child) DH buggered off with my car so I'm stuck in today.
