Hi guys. Mind if I join you? I lurked on your last thread (my God do you lot talk a lot!!!) and having joined and failed many diet threads on MN, I found that the phrase "in the Zone" stuck in my head and I think that I may actually be in that very Zone!
Usually start a diet on Monday morning and give up by Monday afternoon. Not this time. Here we are midway through Wednesday and I am still 'in the Zone'.
Have banished shite to be honest. No biscuits, cakes, processed carbs etc. Have replaced normal bread with that heavy German pumpernickel/rye bread that I think doesn't have wheat in. MmmeLindt will know.
Snacking on fruit and some nuts. Trying to drink lots of water to replace the cups of tea I normally have which tempt me to have crap with them.
And have lost just over a kilo I think!
For exercise I am walking the dog - except for today as it is currently pissing it down. And am off to get waxed one end and hair coloured the other!
Will up the exercise.
Am going on holiday next week which will pose some problems but i will try my best to stick to plan.
