i just had the curry element, which is fairly pious for a low-carber. no rice or naan or nothing. omg just watched dr who... looooove matt smith.

ReshapeWhileDamp · 03/04/2010 23:01

I'm de-wagoning for the weekend and will report for flagellation on tuesday.

We made more choc crispie cakes yesterday but so far I've only had two and a half (they are not huge) so I think that's pretty virtuous, given the season and the proximity of the crispie cakes to my greedy fingers.

Had to slog to Bristol today for a training thing, was v v abstemious with packed lunch and ate crudites, slice of lean roast beef, corn thins and apple. Have had two tiny Lindor mini eggs since then though.

Matt Smith was bloody good, wasn't he, MotherofBarabas? far exceeded my expectations, which are very picky where Doctor Who is concerned.

MotherOfBarabas · 03/04/2010 23:21

i knew he'd be really good, i watched party animals just for him. plus, the moff is in charge now. i was also pro catherine tate when she was announced, i'm, like, a tv genius or something.

CheeeseOnToast · 03/04/2010 23:59

ok day today:

cheerios for brekkie and cup of tea
lentil soup for lunch (not homemade, Heinz's finest)
Then for afternoon snackage I had three cherry tomatoes, one square of cheese with some pickle on and three strips of pitta, with hummus.

Dinner was cottage pie, but I gave my mash topping to DP so just, well, cottage for me. And almost half a cabbage, shredded and steamed with black pepper and a smidge of butter melted into it. Gorgeous.

Then about 9pm I had a small handful of cheerios (maybe 10 at the most) and lots of sparkling water to make me feel fuller.

I've had quite a bit of water too today, so not bad I think. Still had no chocolate. Or crisps or anything else bad that i would otherwise have eaten.

Hope everyone's having a nice weekend. Hi MotherOfBarabas

squareheadcut · 04/04/2010 00:03

bacon, egg, toast and beans for breakfast

chicken curry (home made) and wholemeal pitta

leftover fishfinger and mash (from kid)

a bit of chocolate

I really need to re-think the diet

MamaGlee · 04/04/2010 06:32

BudaisintheZONE · 04/04/2010 07:06

Morning all - Happy Easter!!

Still in zone but half a kilo up this morning - am assuming it will disappear like yesterday.

Off to Croatia today till Thursday. Will still keep checking in though.

Don't eat too much chocolate!!!!!

cyb · 04/04/2010 09:00

This thread is in danger of turning into 'people who were once eating healthily but now just post what naughty things they've troughed'

COME ON PEOPLE

this is a crucial time.

In my house alone, there is at least 3 kilos of smooth creamy easter egg chocolate downstairs, I can hear it calling me, but I WILL RESIST.

I've got just over 3 weeks until my partay, I will not give up, I've come this far and look sooo much better

Are you with me? ARE YOU???

Morning all, Happy Easter!

Just made big cooked breakfast for the family, with decorated boiled eggs, sausages, bacon, pain au chocolat, etc.

I had a boiled egg and two potato farls with a smidge of butter. Not perfect, but not as bad as it could have been.

No choc - dh bought me a bottle of champagne instead of an Easter egg.

Am accepting that today may be difficult, but am putting the brakes on a bit.

Will be fully in the Zone again tomorrow.

To be honest, after yesterday's freefall, had really bad tummy, felt really bad about it and realised no, it didn't make me happy and no, it really wasn't worth it.

cocolepew · 04/04/2010 11:59

Happy Easter

There's no appetite surpresser like a vomiting child. Poor DD2 seems to have cornered the market in extreme vomiting, I thinking of hiring her out as a diet aid.

cyb · 04/04/2010 14:11

I'm having a crap day.

PMT (murderous)

spent ages pottering around in kitchen making delish veggie chilli, roasted veg, blah blah blah

universally pooh poohed by kids

miserable buggers

dh had a huge bogey hanging out if his nose and of course it was MY FAULT because I POINTED IT OUT

I won't bloody bother next time

OP posts:
cyb · 04/04/2010 14:13

but this beautiful man cheers me up no end

HE doesn't have bogeys
