Yummy.

LOL at "Mr Cod".

bobbiewickham · 03/04/2010 10:19

Was the baking tin not a bit chewy?

BudaisintheZONE · 03/04/2010 10:23

Well did a MamaG and the kilo went! I had no medicinal help though!

DH scrambled eggs for breakfast with a tiny bit of feta sprinkled on top and some fresh chives. I had one slice of my rye bread instead of the hot buttered toast he was having. Making spiced carrot and lentil soup for lunch. And dinner will be a home made curry tonight.

bobbiewickham · 03/04/2010 10:24

Arf at MamaG being a euphemism for a poo.

Poor thing.

BudaisintheZONE · 03/04/2010 10:28

Arf arf!!!

MotherOfBarabas · 03/04/2010 10:39

i am properly abandoning this thread until it becomes less scatological. mamag has lowered the zone tone.

AnzoneioBanderas · 03/04/2010 10:54

oh god am STILL THE SAME
was so good yest

MamaGlee · 03/04/2010 10:58

[cold look]

BudaisintheZONE · 03/04/2010 11:07

Anzonio - sometimes the loss can take a couple of days to show up. Drink LOADS of water today to flush out your system and see what you weigh tomorrow.

MamaG -

MotherofBarabas - that is just an excuse to forget about the zone!

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 03/04/2010 11:17

Come back MOB - we need you - you're zonetastic!

Anzonio - sometimes weight loss doesn't make any sense - just look at Coco - where is our Double Decker snaffler anyway? You will feel the benefit maybe just not today - but don't use it as a reason to de-zone. THINK WAISTBAND.

BariatricObama · 03/04/2010 11:43

i am losing everywhere except waistband. my watch is loose. probably my toes are smaller. when will the barrel decrease?

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 03/04/2010 12:51

Barrel is apt description of my torso too. Tum/hips always seem to hang on to fat BUT have seem an inch reduction in muffinage. Am convincing myself that from now on having lost from everywhere else it WILL GO.

AnzoneioBanderas · 03/04/2010 12:55

AnzoneioBanderas · 03/04/2010 12:56

noddyholder · 03/04/2010 13:37

Its easy to wear more things when slimmer is a real incentive to keep going too

AnzoneioBanderas · 03/04/2010 13:41

and i regret buying the gap trews in a 12 even in the sale (£9.99) cos they are shapeless and make my look huge
anyone want em? dark grey cotton

noddyholder · 03/04/2010 13:42

What shape are they?

AnzoneioBanderas · 03/04/2010 13:43

i thought htey were these in a dark grey but am not sure. are too wide on thighs for moi

AnzoneioBanderas · 03/04/2010 13:44

like this kind of thang

noddyholder · 03/04/2010 13:45

I am skinny thigh too so no good for me I like them though. What about rolled up with stripy t shirt and converse baggy 80s style?

AnzoneioBanderas · 03/04/2010 13:45

i just look wider than needs to - i need STRAIGHT trsouers tight on thigh always.
might donate to finbar although i think too loose on tum for her

noddyholder · 03/04/2010 13:48
