There has been chocolate, wine, and cheese. Had early dinner, WM spag with tom sauce at 5pm, then just a few nibbles later. I sinned on the nibbles. Feel bad, it's just hardened my resolve for being good tomorrow.

Oh and DP said I was looking slimmer tonight! Well, I asked if I was and he said of course, whilst trying to get some 'action'. So not sure it counts

BudaisintheZONE · 03/04/2010 07:14

Feckl! Seem to have gained a kilo!!!! WTF did that come from?

Need to dust off cross trainer today in basement and start using. Dog will also get long walk.

Flippin' scales. Am fed up now.

Still going to stick to it though. Will drink loads of water today.

MamaGlee · 03/04/2010 07:30

MamaGlee · 03/04/2010 07:31

BudaisintheZONE · 03/04/2010 08:04

LOL MamaG! Have actually been very 'regular' but not this morning! Have a bunch of grapes - will have them and loads of water and see if they do the trick.

YoginiZonini · 03/04/2010 08:11

Easter Zone is a difficult one

Heeelp!

Keep strong all

Going to walk dogs all day long maybe

noddyholder · 03/04/2010 08:28

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 03/04/2010 08:34

Went out for mil's bday meal yesterday lungtime. OMG - the BEST food I have eaten since xmas dinner, easily - and gargantuan portions. Also had 2 corn thins in morning, swam 25 lengths and ate 1 mini samosa at a friends in the evening. I still feel stuffed now, nearly 24 hours later. God it was delicious.
Have put about 1lb on but it was worth it. Back in the zone now - honestly not interested in all the choc the kids have been given which is lying around the house.
Dd1 had the shits bigstyle in the night so will have to have a quiet day at home today. Might go for a walk this aft and leave dh being nursie.

Well done to all losers. And GET IN THE FARKING ZONE YOU GREEDY HEIFERS! to the rest of you.

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 03/04/2010 09:07

Still in the zone - have exercised (a la ossom)and admired developing abs in mirror. Tried on "thin" jeans and can do them up albeit with horrendous camel toe .I AM GOING TO FIT INTO THEM.

Going for tea to Dad's with rest of family later. Ignoring chocolate virtuously.

LOL Mama's bowel advice.

KEEP THE FAITH - PIGGING OUT IS JUST NOT WORTH IT.

MamaGlee · 03/04/2010 09:11

I'm giong to struggle
i love choc

BariatricObama · 03/04/2010 09:19

morning! i knew i shouldn't have believed my weight yesterday. was dehydration. pinged back up to 11 4 still pleased as that was 2lb lose last week.

fishie · 03/04/2010 09:25

i don't like chocolate.

am a bit lighter today too. but could it be losing muscle? or is that all bollocks? am still on about half my usual mileage.

isthatporridgeinyourzone · 03/04/2010 09:25

Come on Mama. You're in the zone - STAY IN IT. Be strong. Think of jeans shopping.

AnzoneioBanderas · 03/04/2010 09:30

wats - what do you mean dehydration ? do you put on weight thus?
bougth some watirose prunes yest for dh to have pre race www.justgiving.com/Ben-Pickering and they have had an effect.

BUT i must say if oyu like prunes a couple are rather nice as a pudding as they give the sweet feeling you crave

BariatricObama · 03/04/2010 09:37

i drank loads on thursday night (wee celebration i am not a lush) so was a dried up prune on friday morning. well that is the only explanation i can come up with as i didn't eat anything unususal yesterday.

AnzoneioBanderas · 03/04/2010 09:38

ooh
and drink all you night
no booze judging here
dh ahs left to kayak to london.
house is er less tense

BariatricObama · 03/04/2010 09:43

good luck to your beefcake dh. i love kayaking but only as a leisure activity not as hardcore kayaking up everest thing

bobbiewickham · 03/04/2010 09:46

I'm lighter today, too!

Lost another pound.

Not v zonetastic yesterday - two hcbs with butter and a packet of quavers. Healthy prawny thing with chillies and garlic and ginger and lemon juice but maybe had too much rice.

Back in the zone today - except we're having tea at the local pub and they're not hot on veggie/fish options that don't come without four stone of melted cheese and/or chips on the side.

Will be v abstemious all day to make up for it.

Perhaps need to accept this is going to be an embuggerance of a weekend for us Zoneites?

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 03/04/2010 09:48

Donated, Antonizonio.Hope those prunes keep him going throughhout (rather than going throughout him)
