If you're on 19 points a day I think your superhigh day is something stupid like 30 but then your superlow day the next day is 14 points (so you live on no-point soup and veg essentially). Wouldnt recommend eating it all as chocolate but guess you could if you want to - there's an ex WW woman called ladyluck who has all the details on a website you dont have to pay for. Nom and Buda - corn thins are like those round rice cakes you can get (classic diet 'food') except they're made with, um, corn. Tastes a bit like popcorn, hence I like them. If you do come across them, the lemon and black pepper ones are minging - they taste like I'd imagine toilet cleaner tastes.
