for some reason I've just stuffed down a packet of oatcake thins (sundried tom and basil flavour -156 calories) while I was standing up in the kitchen.

I have one small gingerbread man biscuit to confess. Had to bring something to a friend's house this afternoon. God, the speed I wolfed that down was obscene.
