thanks, tis v. dispiriting heh ho. yes will remain in zone. am going running in the rain this morning.

largeginandtonic · 26/03/2010 07:03

Just think of the inches dropping as well as the pounds.

It will go. It is v disheartening when you have been so good. Makes you want to eat cake.

I was like that Monday after no loss. I am seriously hoping for a loss today or my will will be at breaking point.

Dh will want a chinese tonight. MIL bought over all the ww stuff so at least i am prepared. I have points values for EVERYTHING. Will be v useful.

Kids killing each other getting breakfast so... i am off for a shower

BariatricObama · 26/03/2010 07:05

you are lovely. this thread is v. good!

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 26/03/2010 07:16

Ta Dah!!

2lbs gone (and a whole inch off my waist - now 29inches yeehah).

Stats...
Was 11st6
Now 11st2 loss 4lbs in 3 weeks - BOGGLE at mamag's amazing 7lbs in 5 days
Want to lose another 12lbs, that's 16lb in total.

Bit concerned about today. Going to a Cancer Resarch do - being a lady who lunches - and a great friend of mine and a brill chef is doing a food demo. Gonna have big bowl of cereal and a banana just before I go so feel full. And meal with friends tonight.

THINK ZONE GHERKERS

cyb · 26/03/2010 07:16

mamag that is an amazing loss in 5 days!

I'm a bit if I'm totally honest. BUT I never knew what I started at so I may have lost as much...

I can't stress enough how I want to change the way I eat forever, not just 'go on a diet'...I dont not want to be a lumpen middle aged lady who looks like this nekked

shortandsweet2 · 26/03/2010 07:17

Morning all

I have lost 4.5lbs since Monday

Everyone is doing so well. Congrats on the great losses.

Today:
B - Protein shake
S - l/f yoghurt
L - Salmon with roce and veg
S - L/F sof cheese with cucumber
D - Smoked haddock, veg and rice.

BO - You are doing so well, I also think next week will be your week for a big loss

cyb · 26/03/2010 07:18

BO I too felt deflated after weighing myself (WHY? WHY?) and realising I hadn't miraculously dropped to 10 1/2 stone.

BUT it took a couple of years concerted eating to put these lumps on, it will take a leetle while to lose them

BariatricObama · 26/03/2010 07:19

lol @ concerted eating

well done short&sweet

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 26/03/2010 07:27

Mine is dropping of r-e-a-l-l-y slowly too BO and cyb. But I have never been less than 11st something in dd2s lifetime - i.e. 5years. I blame Bread.

shortandsweet2 · 26/03/2010 07:28

Starting weight (yesterday) - 9st 10
weight today - 9st 10
loss so far - nada
target (phase 1) - 9st

cyb · 26/03/2010 07:35

FANTASTIC shake and wake!

well done su

cyb · 26/03/2010 08:02

Oh I can't be doing with the cure first thing on a friday

I prefer this

doesn't take much to make me happy

cocolepew · 26/03/2010 08:03

Morning losers, well done mamag but that is a teeny amount to eat in a day, don't faint

Start weight (monday) 10 11

weight today 10 11

So.. (counts on fingers) a grand loss of, um, about a stone I think.

cocolepew · 26/03/2010 08:05

I need a bit of chaka to get me going

gherkinwithapurplemerkin · 26/03/2010 08:10

Lovin the Cure...

STOP PRESS STOP PRESS
I am wearing skinny jeans with wedges and a top which covers the muffin but not the bum. Not done this since i was 15 skinny jeans were last in fashion. And I feel good

Will report on traffic crashes/frightened horses in the area later

MamaGoblin · 26/03/2010 08:12

Wow, MamaG! Well done!

Feeling a tad tizzy from shaking too enthusiastically. More like that please, Su.

Ok. Now I don't know if my stats will fit into Undertone's spreadsheet, cos I didn't weigh myself on monday when I started this (no scales). BUT the last time I was weighed at WW I was 10 st 11. That was 4 weeks ago. Yesterday I weighed in at WW at 10 st 8. So yes, that's spread over 4 weeks (during which I was troughing like a pig so let's call it just this week, eh?).

So:

Former weight: 10st 11
Today's weight 10st 8
Loss: 3lb
Target weight= 10st or lower, by the time I get pregnant.

isthatporridgeinyourhair · 26/03/2010 08:14

LOVE THE CURE!

Start 9st 9
Current weight 9st 1.5
Loss this week 1.25lbs

But do have AF.

Happy girl Still in the zone. BO - keep going - it will be different next week.

Well done everyone!

MmeLindt · 26/03/2010 08:19

Goodness, MamaG is not only great at losing weight, she can also count. Not like me.

I still have 20kg to lose, have lost 2kg already so have 22kg to lose.

Tbh, if I get under 70kg I will be really happy.

My aim is to lose 3kg by next Friday (when I go to MILs for a week) then stay steady at 81kg until we return home.

Second aim is to be at 74kg by the time my parents arrive in mid May.

Third aim is to be under 70kg by June 25th, Girlie Weekend in Düsseldorf.

That makes 14kg in 12 weeks - about 2 stone. Doable? Or too ambitious?

2lb a week.
