Well, I am pretty pleased with self. Went o mate's gorge cookery demo - he is v talented chef - and had friends round for curry yesterday - and did not make usual hog of self. VG.

Hope our ill friends are feeling better.

Have silver shoes virtually identicaltothose in pic v useful.have also lost weight but mmore due to stress and just not feeling hungry!Had a few chips last night and they tasted so oily special k bar and black coffee this am!Everyone doing so well

MmeLindt (always think of scrummy chocs when I see your name,.grrr) -I dont stay far from Stirling. Went to wallace monument when we first moved up here 6 years ago... was inpromptu so was wearing 4inch modest heels... NEVER AGAIN!!! My feet were wrecked!! The walk up to the monument was bad enough... we were metres from it, when the blardy courtesy bus went past , then we had 100000000000 steps.

Had a pizza to share with dh last night but only had 2 small slices then went to bed at 8pm. Feeling much better this morning, and 1lb lighter..whoo hooo
