and vivsualise that perfeectly fitting waistband or long slim legs in the summer.

oh, and i am a greedy bastard so my portions are pretty big. like, one can of tuna and near enough one bag of salad big. i fear this will be my undoing. that and mercury poisoning.

Unfortunately I am prone to double chin (damn those genes) so even if I am not fat fat (you know in the medical sense) I end up with a big splodgy moon face. Face looks more defined at this weight without being hollow.

I don't want to lose too much more. It'll be unmaintainable if I go too skinny (plus, I don't want to skinny. Target weight is around 9st 8lbs.

I'm about to get serious rowing machine to toning up will improve look of slimmer bod and might mean I can afford to carry a few more lbs without looking flabby. My problem is my midriff.

My target weight is 8st 7lbs. I am very short.
The lightest I have been in the last ten years is 8st 12. I am 9st 7lbs atm.

Nom, surely 9st8 is teenager skinny. I was 9st4 when I got married - oh yeah and 22. Now I am a real grownup I would need a gastric band to be that thin.

I just want to be 10stone 4. Would settle for 10st something, not 11st something.

Moodlum - I swear by it - seriously. I am not even a particularly sweet toothed person and it really stops me eating

( I also used to comment on how my older but stick thin sister only ever ate crap.....)

Ducky - I am really pleased with hair- it could almost use a few more layers as it is quite blunt cut ,but with me my hair can end up straggly by the next cut if too layered. This way I am hoping it will get through till the next cut still looking 'healthy' Also prompted a clothes and make-up spree so thats a bonus

I must have that weird nonsense thing they call the 'light skeleton' because I don't look thin or delicate or fragile or even 'light' at 9 13. I am still very much a sz 12 with 32F boobs and still got hips and an arse and whatnot. No back hamsters, bingo wings or rib fat though but then I'm not prone to that anyway

glad you like it, I am still struggling to get mine in jsut the right shape, it looks nice when cut but within a couple of weeks is too long, will be back at salon after easter

no skinny minnies allowed on here surely, I am aiming for 10st 4 or so, am 11 at the moment, same height as su but have lost alot and now finding it hard to shift the last few pounds but was told I looked really slim today

I am the fattest of my sister in laws - they are ana thin lollipop headed 50 somethings (although v nice women).

It is most discombobulating being the fattest SIL in the room. I was banking on being the youngest (tick), most glamorous (depends on how you define glam but I am the least groomed), slimmest SIL in the trio when I shacked up with DH. I am know it is a loserville but it does bother me being the flabby chubby one.

The pie chart is ver cool.

Want to be 10st (short term goal, maybe 9st 7lb if i think i need to)

Auld my dd2 had a D&V bug that took 2 weeks to leave her system. She was not right for a MONTH. Poor girl looked tiny. It was norovirus
