jenduff · 24/03/2010 17:56

Have come here for distraction in the witching hour - cooking dinner means spending too long in kitchen - must not give in to temptation.....are you listening coco....it won't make us happy

NomDePlume · 24/03/2010 18:01

'ello sass!

HAHAHAHAHAH @ superskinny, what on earth gave you that idea ?! Alas, no.

I was v baaaaaaaad this morning and had a full English , was bloody lovely though. As pennance I had to go to Kidderminster for a meeting. Boooooooooooooooooo. On the plus side I won't eat anything else today as it was so filling.

Am about to shell out £975 on a rowing machine to sort my exercise famine out. No time to go to gym etc so have to do it all home.Had a cheapo rower, a £300 job but it was crap, rubbish results and uncomfortable to use. I'm hoping this time next year I'll be giving [insert top rowing personality] a run for their money. I'd better be.

NomDePlume · 24/03/2010 18:05

'ello aitch

ello others

Themasterandmargaritas · 24/03/2010 18:11

I'm a bit scared to admit I'm no 13, because that means

a) I'll be cursed forever

b) it makes me officially a statistic on this thread, when I have just been pretending I am here.

A shit day Geordie, sorry. Good luck tomorrow though.

I have identified distinct snacking periods during the day when it is HARD TO SAY NO. So 10.30am, 2.30pm and 5.30pm (waaaaaaaa this one is the worst). Anyone else? Coping strategies anyone?

cocolepew · 24/03/2010 18:12

Aww bless you all for trying to perk me up, you're all lovely I'm still going to eat the DDecker though

Right I've think I've got to the bottom (boom boom) of my tummy gurglings. I've been taking 5thp alongside st johns wort for depression. Googled side effects and one is stomach/digestion problems, I already have IBS so will stop taking it. It was really good for helping me sleep, apart from the vivid dreams though I had a very, um, interesting one about Kurt Cobain the other night.

I am having entrecôte tonight with asparagus with tomatoes and garlic. And red wine.

A cheer up DH meal as he has had a hideous day at work.

cocolepew · 24/03/2010 18:14

[waves at Mme] (did you get an email the other week? DD was very remiss in sending one this time. Lazy sod that she is)

MmeLindt · 24/03/2010 18:15

oooh, I want to do Coco's diet. Double Decker, not had one of them in YEARS. Coco, DD will email your DD tomorrow, sorry I forgot.

MmeLindt · 24/03/2010 18:16

XP Coco. We are just disorganised here.

cocolepew · 24/03/2010 18:17

BariatricObama · 24/03/2010 18:20

bonsoir nomdeplume you haven't been round much has su's megaphone lured you back?

well done all, apart from coco obviously (kitkat ffs!).

sorry aboutyour day geordie.

BariatricObama · 24/03/2010 18:20

and i am not a number

moodlum · 24/03/2010 18:22

I'm here I'm here . I don't know what number I am tho.

Big disappointment. I have eaten so little this week what with being at death's door & all, and that deathly 4lb i had shifted earlier in the week seems to have returned. Seriously, is there no upside to feeling this crap?

Geordie - hideous maximus - I'm really sorry. Have wine. It doesn't count in some circumstances.

MMeLindt - please include me in your supper preparations, that sounds delish. I, on the other hand am making dh cauliflower cheese. Not exactly superskinny.

cocolepew · 24/03/2010 18:23

A kitkats only 109 cals! You have to have some snacks you know.

You're jealous.

BariatricObama · 24/03/2010 18:25

i am not jealous, i am in the zone and you cannot taunt me with your hydrogenated fats

Themasterandmargaritas · 24/03/2010 18:27

I'm having a beer.

cocolepew · 24/03/2010 18:29

[budges up on bench of shame]

Does anybody want to say what (clothes) size they are and what size they want to be?

BariatricObama · 24/03/2010 18:35

i'm 14 atm would like to be 10/12

jenduff · 24/03/2010 18:39

18 on top, 14 bottom at a squeeze but in my defence am 5'10 - not so bothered about dress size but would like to get BMI down (26.5 so def not ana)

cocolepew · 24/03/2010 18:40

10 bloody hell.

I'm a 14, before christmas all my clothes were tight but now my jeans need a belt. I don't know if I want to drop a size though. I'd like thinner inner thighs though.

cocolepew · 24/03/2010 18:40

oh I'm 5'5"

glasjam · 24/03/2010 18:41

glasjam - 16

Su how could you subject me to Ronan Keating first thing in the morning?! How about some more cheesier stuff (as it's missing from my diet) - 70s glam, disco etc.?? Am not on Twitter.

Just eaten a WW aromatic chicken curry with basmati rice, breakfast was cereal and milk, lunch was Potato and Cauliflower soup with a rather large chunk of break and a small pat of butter (nice) and 2 skinny cappuccinos (out with a sleeping child vibe - bliss)- reckoning on a 20 point day.

Scales are telling me I have gained but I am ignoring them - I feel thinner and a Mum on the playground said "you're losing weight aren't you?"

NomDePlume · 24/03/2010 18:49

just read about geordies bolleaux day. Rubbish. Get some low cal wine down you and forget it. Tomorrow is another (hopefully mildly less shite day).

Hiya bariatric. Who were you ? Sorry to sound rude an all that. I know you but I don't recognise your new outfit. I've been away in RL working and all that jazz.
