oldenglishspangles · 24/03/2010 17:04

hello - room for one more. I have been starting my diet since January. I get up and fall off the wagon pretty much straight away

bobbiewickham · 24/03/2010 17:08

I tried my jeans on today and they were looser!

Still not sure what to have for tea though. If I have to have one more piece of salmon I'll develop gills.

Everyone doing so well!

SuSylvester · 24/03/2010 17:10

dinky 7 or is it 8?

mrsjuan · 24/03/2010 17:15

I'm having chicken stir fry with soy sauce, garlic and ginger.
DD is troughing her way through it as we speak. I have to wait for DH. Grr.
Might have to have another chocolate.
I will start properly tomorrow.
Absurdly excited about the Friday weigh in.
Am thinking 4 weeks at 2lb per week makes 8lb. That will nearly do it.
2 weeks at 4lb per week would be better.

SuSylvester · 24/03/2010 17:16

I have lost 1/2 stone since Jan pissarsing about

Ideally tis 5 weeks til holidays, am wondering whether it is achievable to loose a stone in this time?

I guess even if I dont loose the full stone I will be a lot closer than I am now, and at least my clothes will fit, and I will run less chance of being harpooned on the beach.

dinkystinky · 24/03/2010 17:19

Bobbie - try a different fish maybe. Cod or Pollack both good and v low points - or a tuna steak with some soy and spring onions

mrsjuan · 24/03/2010 17:19
