"Hi Keith:

Wine has about 100 calories per four ounce serving, and that is pretty standard. Sweeter wines may have a few more. But if you mix that with water ( or soda water ) then you can dilute the calories as well. Half wine, half water? Then the calories are also half.

But if the spritzer includes something like 7up--then you have add the calories in teh 7up to the calories in the wine, and divide by two.

Math not your subject? Then drink your wine straight--it tastes better that way anyhow!

Paul Wagner "

I have no idea who KEITH or Paul WAGNER are, but they seem to know what they a re talking about

My dad took us to the golf club for lunch (after my swim ) I wanted sausage, bacon, egg and chips, I had a cheese omelette and salad

Then I nearly crapped myself had an accident in Ikea I had to sprint to the loo so that counts as exercise.

I really must have a bug.

cyb · 20/03/2010 16:27

bobbiewickham · 20/03/2010 16:30

Oh, I like the sound of this. I can do this.

Roasted fish - get the Sainsbury's Jamie Oliver rub things - or Waitrose "Good Pinch of Tarragon and Paprika" (poncey name but yum) and just sprinkle it on. Easy.

Also, teriyaki sauce nice on salmon. Whack it on and shove in the oven.

HumphreyCobbler · 20/03/2010 16:56

Bloody hell I ate the pudding.

I will eat vegetables for tea in penance.

fishie · 20/03/2010 17:06
