OK, during the last thread I managed to lose the grand total of...nothing in fact I am a few pounds up [sigh]

Have lost maybe an inch from bust waist and hips so that is something I guess, but I will not be in the same position at the start of the next thread. Sazz Someone give me a stern talking to

fruit and yogurt for brekker but cunning plan to go swimming been royally fucked over by fecking work again who have told DH that his couse wasn't infact today even though he went in at 7am and is infact tomorrow so once again has to go in at 7am - AARRGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH I could go in the evening but I have cafe meeting tonight where I have distinct feeling about to be completely screwed over and tomorrow night is rainbows run etc

maybe Wed

luckoftheirish · 19/04/2010 13:11

well done on the exersazz tho about pilates.. need to get myself back into that..

well i have just biked 40km in just over an hour!!! .. childfree morning and have stacks to do in the house but decided to catch up on some of my tv programmes and decided to kill two birds with the one stone.. thought i was tired before.. wrecked ow but with 800 calories in my pockets!

dizzydixies · 20/04/2010 20:26

I have discovered an after effect of being extremelly upset is to put me off food - rather than the usual comfort binging I've had to force myself to eat tea before DH got cross with me

silver lining and all that

well done on the spinning sazz.. used to love doing that class!!!

just literally scraped 20km on the bike today whilst dd2 naps.. really feckin tired today again...

where are you hots/gg/dizzy???!!

GreenGardenia · 22/04/2010 15:07

Here.

Well have done an awful lot of walking since my run on Sunday and my tendons seem fine so seems the run may have cured them but won't get to run again till tomorrow (and that's only maybe). However a friend I hadn't seen for a while did go " Your legs are really muscular!" which is good but tbh tis not me legs bothering me is me torso!! Spinning sounds good Sazz & no impact, we have our new gym timetable out today, might investigate. Wrecked my neck doing Pilates incorrectly (you know that lying on yr back & lifting yr head to gaze between the gap between yr big toes - mean to be all stomach muscles - think used every muscle in my neck & shoulders instead. OW OW OW for days & days. Muscles are matted together.

ALSO time to oil the chain on my bike & get out there with ds on the back.

Not sure about staying hot but am still a mama...

dizzydixies · 22/04/2010 17:42

Here Miss, being good food wise but not much excercising going on after the weekends 'events'

still sitting at -4lbs since the mini challange started so am fine with that

luckoftheirish · 23/04/2010 11:12

stayed the same which i am quite pleased about as it means last week wasn't just a temporary loss.. went to the gym this am but was so pathetic that it doesn't even count as one exersazz!!!

hotterpotter · 23/04/2010 11:25

Someone come round and give me a good kicking I have been eating bread every day and biscuits and haven't done any proper exercise since last Friday's swim

Clothes are starting to get a bit tight round my middle again so really need to do something to get me out of this self-destructive phase

LOL VG I am still hot but think that's my age Hope you are feeling a bit less matted today.

Well done Dizzy on being -4

Sazz hope you have a fab weekend with cheese wine and pastry galore to make me feel better

Loti hardcore biker I hope it has done you good on the scales but even so you must be feeling so much fitter

Got my period today which may explain why I am up again. Was very strange actually as I POAS yesterday - cycle has gone down to 24ish days lately and was up to day 26. I was to be relieved at no line, maybe it was the thought of a Christmas baby that was putting me off, anyway at least my body can go nearly 4 weeks between periods as I was getting a bit worried the menopause was looming [meep]

Sigh.

What are we going to do?

The only one losing weight atm is pregnant.

I didn't weigh this morning, and not going to now but will face music in am. Not that that is going to do me much good.

Come on ladies. We will be falling out of in bikinis in 3 months. Worth a little effort now.

Has Sazz already gone to the land of fromage and pain?

GreenGardenia · 23/04/2010 15:29
dizzydixies · 23/04/2010 17:48

Remember though my loss due to illness not the virtue of excercise

GreenGardenia · 23/04/2010 19:45

dizzy just wear the rosette with a little pride! Gad, you are the only one who qualifies, who cares how it happened!!

dizzydixies · 23/04/2010 20:09

Lordy ladies enjoy it for now, The a-SAZZ-inator will be back after her frenchy froggy weekend of indulgence and then we're all for it [meep]

GreenGardenia · 23/04/2010 21:10

You are so right dizz but look she's only been gone a day and we've fallen apart. We need the aSAZZination techniques!

Gordon with his milk moustache over there is doing my nut.

dizzydixies · 23/04/2010 21:19

well I'm flaunting my chicken korma and cheesy nan whilst she's not here

have been very good otherwise today though so apart from 10hrs sitting on arse (on shift) I had special K and banana for brekker, baked pot and tuna and salad for lunch

dizzydixies · 23/04/2010 21:28

oh feck, she's on Aug 08 and I'm in SO much trouble if she pops over here [eek] am brave when she's out the country

oopsandbabycoconut · 23/04/2010 21:32

Ladies - I thought I'd just share that I am at 36 weeks the same weight I was at my booking appointment how did that happen??

Watch out for Sazz - she will find you all out and your Kormas too.

dizzydixies · 23/04/2010 21:35

oh well done oops - how have you managed that in the land of magnum whites?? I'm 4lbs down on my booking in but that was only 4wks ago so I'm not optimistic

ataraxis · 23/04/2010 22:08

been rubbish at posting but not so bad in the actual doing stakes. Managing the 3 times a week exercise.

Slipped a bit on the crisps situation, but August holiday incentive will keep me on the straight and narrow from now on.

-1lb over the last week.

Oops - that's massively (wrong word!) impressive!

I want to be able to eat and drink like I could when I was 23
