13 stone exactly this am! Never in my life thought I'd be pleased to say that, but it's better than 13 stone 4lbs. 12stone here I come.

Tissy · 08/06/2005 21:28

well done aloha!

I'm still 8 stone 10 (well I didn't expect to lose weight literally overnight!).

Pleased with myself today; had half banana, with crunchy cereal and a little yoghurt for breakfast, cheese sandwich and an apple for lunch, carrot soup, one slice of bread and butter (usually have at least two) and a pot of yoghurt for dinner. Have drunk 1 glass of apple/ mango juice and about a quarter of a pint of cider.

Not going to weigh myself till next week.

Well I started 2 weeks ago and have gone down from 9 stone 4 to 9 stone. Was aiming for 8 stone 12 (pre-DD pregnancy weight) before I go on holiday on 20 June. Blip last night because went out to Italian. But today have eaten two slices of brown toast with flora (purchased at work), salad (lettuce, toms, spring onion, red pepper, few pumpkin seeds and dash of Asda lemon and black pepper dressing), several sweets brought back from hols by colleague, and bowl of pan-fried (in tiny amount of olive oil) veg - one courgette, one carrot, cherry toms, peas, red pepper with herbs & pepper.

Yesterday started well but as it was one of my childrens birthdays, I succumbed to various temptations, including crisps and champagne.

Today is another day, about to have muesli.

WideWebWitch · 09/06/2005 08:38

Bum, bum, bum, just weighed myself and I'm the same as I was in about Feb, so only 1.5 stone lost since I started in January! I know it's not surprising but it's making me wonder whether I shouldn't re visit my plan to be lax on Friday since I psychologically need to break that next half stone barrier. As someone said on another thread, I dread to think how often I've lost the same 5/6lbs. Oh well, I suppose given the amount I've been eating and drinking I ought to be grategful I haven't put anything on.
