I think 1.5 stone is good. Although I realise that is going against the idea of the thread and Cod will be along to shout at you. Fortunately I have some time off work this morning to take DS to school for an hour so will only have to sit and stare at the hugest bag of sweets you have ever seen for 4 hours.

motherinferior · 09/06/2005 09:32

Am back on wagon today after a feast of booze, chocolate and takeout. Muesli with semi-skimmed and fruit again. Am going to do the cycle/swim thing which will require advance toast (I can't exercise on an empty stomach, I just go woozy and incapable) but be Overall Good Thing. Still over nine stone, want to be under it.

WideWebWitch · 09/06/2005 10:38

I dream of nine stone MI! cod, bollock me!

charleepeters · 09/06/2005 11:05

Oily tip - Have muesli for breakfast, it fills you up. Get a no sugar one.

Is that allowed cod? Muesli? Mine is 177 per serving according to pack.

Oh right ok, will have to buy some more veg then.

So I can't have pasta, bread or spuds hmmmmmmmm nearly every meal I eat has one of those things in.

bundle · 09/06/2005 13:21

wholemeal pasta, brown rice is ok though, as slower release, surely???

jampots · 09/06/2005 13:30

how can a chicken fajita be 720cals??

The tortilla were about 6" in diameter, the entire chicken content wouldnt have filled my palm, a dessertspoon of guacamole, tomato salsa and lettuce!!! No chips/wedges etc. Please somebody re-evaluate!!!!

grumpymarthamoo · 09/06/2005 14:00

Cereal bar for breakfast.

Lunch: houmous, wholemeal pitta, tomatoes, celery, carrots, and cucumber crudites. Pack of Golden Wonder Lights. Skinny Cow ice lolly.

I am so healthy I am starting to get the urge to eat deep fried lard.

You can make your own fajitas for far fewer calories than that. Tesco do tortilla wraps in their Healthy Living range. Use low fat cooking spray and fry up chicken strips, peppers, onions, with fajita seasoning. Serve with low fat yoghurt (or a low fat sour cream dip) and home made salsa. Don't know what the calories are but they're not bad points wise. And yummy!

Puff · 09/06/2005 14:05

I can't change from my muesli - it doesn't have that many nuts in it anyway.

motherinferior · 09/06/2005 14:18

In addition to my morning MUESLI (not much, has semiskimmed milk and loads of added berries) have eaten a piece of wholemeal bread with 67 cal portion of Boursin - and then, please note, did the cycle/swim thing - and then another piece of bread, plain, with Virtuous Soup, and four or five dried organic apricots, and just eaten a punnet of cherries.

The thing is, I can do weekday breakfast/lunch. Sometimes weekday supper too. Then the weekend comes, and everything goes belly-up. So to speak.

WideWebWitch · 09/06/2005 14:19

Oh cod, I want bollocking for only being the same bloody weight I was at the end of Feb, that's CRAP! Last night had a mushroom omelette as the tuna was off

Today
1 piece toast, marmite
2 organic sausages oops but I don't reckon more than 400 cal the 2
1 apple
1 box raisins
small portion lentil hotpot that dd didn't eat (I know, baby leftovers, shouldn't do it)
lots of water
and I'm not hungry at all.
Jampots, feel sure someone should re evaluate!

WideWebWitch · 09/06/2005 14:20

Oh and this is day 4 of no booze.

JoolsToo · 09/06/2005 14:28

sorry for sticking my nose in - but is anybody exercising? you really need to do both - a brisk walk in the park should do it!

right I'll get out quick before someone jumps on me (good exercise jumping )

marthamoo · 09/06/2005 14:38

Oh bog off you with your "I'm happy with my weight" thing! I can't exercise - I'm too hungry

marthamoo · 09/06/2005 14:39
