WideWebWitch · 12/06/2005 20:01

Oh I'm quite relieved you've slipped up Cod, I took ds out for a lunch, just the 2 of us, and had fish meze (virtuous), a veggie meze (virtuous ish, quite a bit of oil involved) a glass of wine, (oops) and, er eton mess ! and as I ate it I was thinking oh bugger Cod's going to kill me! So today

1 piece toast, marmite
tiny amount of hummus
tiny amount mushroom pate
a few roasted veg
a mouthful of olive pate
a slice of potato cake
salad
an anchovy
a large prawn
3 tsps salmon pate
a roll mop herring
small piece mackeral
rye bread
ETON MESS!
small glass white wine
and I'm now drinking a small glass of red but am not eating anything else today. And I walked at least 2 miles.

ok - succumbed to the choccy bar - one bar left so may as well eat it tomorrow.

Only did 100 situps and 30 pressups tonight - but at least it was something - penitence for the chocolate

aloha · 12/06/2005 23:07

Hi! Also been having too much wine. Dh and I resolve Not To Buy Any More during the week (see how long that lasts, eh?)
Been quite good. Had a big steak and salad for lunch and, um, some stolen chips from ds. Bad.
But had tomato soup with one slice toast and fruit for supper. Good. Only two glasses wine.
Bloody Bran Flakes for breakfast again.
Much tea.
Am also giving up caffeine after midday as dd is going to sleep really late these days.
Oh, and had one home-made meringue. Forgot that. Oops.
How can I breastfeed this much and still be so Fat, dammit.

Puff · 12/06/2005 23:10

Well! Everyone else has been boozing so I thought I'd join in !

8 Stone 5lbs today So that's 3lbs lost this week, starting to feel it too, so that's given me a boost to keep going this week, will weigh in again next Monday - keep going girls!!

Puff · 13/06/2005 12:18

Well done bubblerock!

I'm weighing in tomorrow, hoping to have a good result.

marthamoo · 13/06/2005 14:17

Well...

9 stone, 12.6 lbs this morning. Have lost 6.5lbs since last Monday. Thanks for the nagging, cod

marthamoo · 13/06/2005 14:20

Had a bit of a blow out on Friday night - wine and choc. And ysterday had bucketload of popcorn at the cinema and 3 mini sausage rolls oops.

But today: cereal bar for breakfast; soup, melba toast and low fat cheese spread for lunch. Having roast pork for dinner though! But no potatoes, just lots of vegetables.

Puff · 13/06/2005 18:06

Just show's that 1 blowout doesn't cause too much of a problem. Well done marthamoo!

WideWebWitch · 13/06/2005 20:35

Marthmoo, you lost 6.5lbs in a week? Wow! I have been good:

1 piece toast, marmite
1 glass apple juice
lettuce, beetroot, 1 raw carrot, 2 tsps hummus
5 fishfingers
peas

I have a stinking cold, no appetite and can't taste anything anyway so this might be a good week for me.

Enid · 13/06/2005 20:37

www

thats impressive

can you email me some of those cold germs?

have been good today but now dh back from trip he is insisting on huge 'man meal' and a bottle of wine
