Aha.

nutcracker · 09/06/2005 21:45

Oh is it worth drinking green tea anyone or shall I just stick with the water ??

jampots · 09/06/2005 21:46

hot water & lemon Nutty or green tea - either are refreshing although lemon/water is much nicer

snafu · 09/06/2005 21:46

Mmm, 2 big glasses of hot water and lemon first thing. keeps you regular

michellemcmanus · 09/06/2005 21:47

wooh!

humongousheiffer · 09/06/2005 21:48

slackers

nutcracker · 09/06/2005 21:48

Do you really find them refreshing Jampot ???? I think all those fruit teas and green tea etc taste crap but am willing to try.

My brother is a bit of a health freak and he drinks them all the time.

michellemcmanus · 09/06/2005 21:49

jools
or is it lardy enid
lets all gang up on her

nutcracker · 09/06/2005 21:49

Really nt sure I could drink hot water without throwing up.

snafu · 09/06/2005 21:50

The apple ones are the nicest, nutty. Fruit and Herb Co do a good one - all good supermarkets balhablahblah

marthamoo · 09/06/2005 21:50

Yack to tea.

nutcracker · 09/06/2005 21:51

But they don't taste of the fruit they are do they ??? They all smell lovely but just taste like hot water IMO.

Might pinch some of my brothers before I splash out on some.

michellemcmanus · 09/06/2005 21:51

saw nutty fruity bites in m ands s he other day
looked really healthy but were 500 cals fgs

snafu · 09/06/2005 21:52

The appley ones do imo. You have to stew 'em for ages though. The rest just taste like socks.

aloha · 09/06/2005 22:51

We are on the coddiet. It's not meant to be fun. It's meant to be a grim boot camp where we are lashed with a fishy tail and generally humiliated. Like Brat Camp, only with more cherries.
Off to drink camomile tea.
Nobody has posted a highter weight than me. You are all lightweights. Pah!

Puff · 09/06/2005 23:05

I have a sore tummy. I have scoffed too many cherries .

unicorn · 09/06/2005 23:17

I'm with you all in spirit

And I shall dare to step on those scales one day very soon.

If it makes you all feel any better I have had a stomach bug (sicky) and, what with my 'large' girth I have had a few raised eyebrows.

I reckon I need a T-shirt pointing to my rotund persona shouting.....

"NO I'M NOT........ I'M JUST FAT"

(... or perhaps not)

JoolsToo · 09/06/2005 23:17

don't think cod or moo sound overweight for their height

jampots · 09/06/2005 23:18

aloha - how heavy?

JoolsToo · 09/06/2005 23:19

ooh - I had a bazzin idea tonight!

Every time the adverts come on I get on the floor and do some girly press-ups or sit-ups or some yoga stretches - only thought about it late on so only 3 sessions tonight - its great cos you get lots of rest in between!

Think I'm gonna be trying to cut down with you, I'd like to lose 5 - 7 lbs.

marthamoo · 10/06/2005 10:00

JT, I know you're right - my BMI is fine but I would like to be about half a stone lighter, I felt better when I was.

And I was 12 stone before I started WeightWatchers in March last year so I'm very wary of my weight creeping up again.

For me it's about being at the bottom end of a sensible weight, rather than the top end!
