Dinner: ready made prawn and pasta salad from M&S, hardly any Jersey Royals and no bl**dy butter.
Had fresh fruit salad for pudding - which was probably not great calorie-wise (had strawberries, bananas, oranges, apples, peaches, grapes and pineapple in) but good health-wise and I had it with two measly tablespoons of Elmlea single fake cream stuff and it was yummy. Got to be better than cakes - even small ones. And certainly better than blinking Belgian chocolate covered birthday cake
And I just had a bag of crisps. Just one bag. No more. Nooooooooo mooooooore.
Going to a dinner party tomorrow and I am eating and drinking and pigging out.
