jambo1707 · 10/06/2005 11:13

Hey all

I lost 12lb in 5 weeks on calorie controlled diet, still need to loose a bit but thats on hold at the mo as I have just had a hysterectomy.

I take in 1500 calories per day maximum, i eat what I want as long as i count it and "try" at times not to go over the 1500 cals, which can be hard at times if having takeaway etc

Michelle mcmanus where you from hun, I have a cousin with this name and am now curious

jampots · 10/06/2005 11:16

supper? It's not midday yet!

I love cherries, but have had run ins with em before because I stuff the whole punnet instead of a few.

WideWebWitch · 10/06/2005 11:49

Today
2 pieces toast, olive spread, marmite
an apple
a small avocado
50g smoked salmon
and I'm about to have 1 piece toast with hummus (I know but only a bit)
tonight dp is making garlic and rosemary flat bread and I'm not going to drink since dd is waking at 5.15am and I can barely cope without drinking so certainly won't be able to if I have even 2 glasses of wine.

Puff · 10/06/2005 11:50

Didn't post yesterday, but had a good day foodwise, went to the gym and swam 20 lengths and didn't drink any alcohol

Today - porridge with semi milk and a drizzle of honey (really fills me up!!) Cup a soup, apple. Having pittas with chicken & salad for dinner. Also walked loads today and did 30 lengths. Feeling really motivated at the moment

WideWebWitch · 10/06/2005 17:23

You might have done ks. It's not unheard of. I started well but mean to finish badly. Have just eaten garlic bread, prob about 300 cals worth and will do same again with large glass of wine once the children are asleep.
