prof. Add a bit of extra sleep to that and I'll be happy!
connie. I am incredibly lucky that I don't work. Financially it would be an excellent idea, but having big age gaps makes child-care near impossible, especially when coupled with DH being at work full-time. We are thinking it's a possibility that I find something while he is off long-term though. Do you have fun stuff planned for your weekends? If you asked to be part-time at work would they hold it against you that you asked if they said no? (Dsis cut down to a 4 day week, but does Saturdays on overtime occasionally - £200 a day)
TBH it is a miracle thatI have stuck with it this long. I am slightly bored/unmotivated, but somehow am more determined than normal. The fact that I have been losing (by the skin of my teeth) is helping. If I have a gain I might not be so keen.
Hopefully I will be away next week, and am planning more walking (hence new name, thinking Victoria Wood!) but don't know how the food will go. Am trying to plan ahead, but picnics need crisps, days out need easy teas, DM and I usually share a bottle of wine(though she doesn't do snacks!)...
My thought for the day is that there needs to be a quicker way of cooking SW chips! There is enough time to walk (slowly)to the shop at least twice for chocolate in the time it takes (thankfully DH was out so I had to stay in with the sleeping boys!)
