Just add running total as it's great when you have a bad week to be able to focus on the bigger picture.

If it makes you feel better I did make a start in February. So really have made very slow progress. Didn't help falling of the wagon big time at easter and took about 4 week to get back into the diet.

LovingTheRain · 08/06/2009 18:44

I've stayed the same 3 weeks running now. I know i've been off the wagon, but have enjoyed being off as i've been to some parties with DCs and can't say no to cake!!!

Starting again wednesday

Come on lovingtherain you can do it. It's not easy starting by it gets easier. Once you start loosing the weight that helps too.

Instead of kidding your self, I'll start tommorow everyday stick with it and start. Sorry if that sounds hard but I've been their kidding myself and it really is so much better now I'm not and really am on diet and loosing weigh. I feel so much better in myself when I think about the goals I'm working to and it not one day it happening now.

Chilimama · 10/06/2009 09:25

Hey ladies, I'm still here! Well done on your losses this week

Another 1.5 off this week making a total of 8.5lb and starting to notice the difference!

Also 7" off, 3 from bust, 1 from waist and 3 from hips since the beginning of May....woohoo

Glad to see you are getting back on track LTR

Just about to walk to the city farm with my girls, a 6 mile round trip, so we are going to walk it and make the most of the sunshine (and get some exercise!)

Hope you all have a fab week!

scodgie · 10/06/2009 09:44

Is it too late for me to join? I'm hoping to start my healthy programme on holiday believe it or not as I won't be sat around eating from boredom/being on my own when dcs in bed. I envisage getting a bit of exercise walking and swimming as friends will be on hand to look after dcs for a few hours each day.
I'll hop on scales before I go on Monday and let you know how i get on!

paranoidmother · 10/06/2009 10:01

Good on you scodgie - have a lovely holiday and hope the weather holds for you.

scodgie · 10/06/2009 11:03

Thanks! Trying to be realistic I have a stone to lose, how long should that take?

Ner1993 · 10/06/2009 11:40

Hi all

I'd love to join in too please? I have 6.5 stone to lose and started just over a week ago. I lost 7.5lbs in my first week!!! I was pleasantly shocked by this and it has spurred me on for this week. I'm following the Rosemary Conley plan and trying to do as much walking as possible. I haven't told anyone (other than my husband and girls) what I am doing so I would really value the support on here as you are all doing so brilliantly

Ner

scodgie · 10/06/2009 12:25

Hi Ner,

When I was at my heaviest I tried so many diets and the Rosemary Conely one really worked, especially with a bit of exercise. I will go back on that after holiday. I am really strict for the first two weeks and follow it rigidly then use it as a guide after that and the weight continues to come off....hope it works for you!

LovingTheRain · 10/06/2009 12:36

Welcome newbies! Never too late to join!

Ner1993 · 10/06/2009 16:08

Thanks Lexcat - we are all doing well!

I am doing okay today although I am having one of those annoying hungry days where I could just eat and eat. It doesn't help that I had a migraine last night and I'm worried about having another one. I've eaten more than I normally do but have been really careful in my choices and should still keep within my allowance - fingers crossed!!

What do you all do on those hungry days???

LovingTheRain · 10/06/2009 19:12

Lexcat - since i started this thread i did well for a few weeks before i feel off the wagon. Have been on and off for a while but on now and lost 1lb today!

In total for me that's 6lbs since i began

LTR - -1 lb - Total - 6lbs

OP posts:
lexcat · 10/06/2009 20:59

Aplogises LTR for not noteing your earlyier wieght loss. So pleased to read you seen to be back on the wagon.

Paranoidmother -5lbs Total -5lbs
Lexcat -3lbs Total -10.5lbs
Chilimama -1.5lbs Total -8.5lbs
Ner1993 -7.5lbs Total -7.5lbs

That's another 1lb thanks LTR to add to the overall weeks weight lost making it 1 stone 4lbs for this week. Wondering should me have a ongoing total weigh loss from the start or is that a bit to much.

Plus is what is the offical weigh in day on this tread. So we can all update together.
