Thanks all, it was fine after I found the damn place.
I dislike their scales, they say I'm half a stone more than my home ones!

I have a rule - dont have scales in the house - throw them out and go with their scales.

My weigh in today - I lost 2.5 pounds really pleased after putting half on last week.
Total 16.5 pounds off only 11 to go to my goal...now the going gets tough!!!

Hey all,

I have lost 3/4 of a pound again this week, woohoo. I had such a bad weekend I didn't think I would lose, so far I have lost 6.5 pounds, thats amazing for 3wks. Good luck for the next week and hopefully the weekend won't be too harsh on us

hi everyone!
lost 3lb last week (pleased as I had a gain of 0.5lb on my birthday blow out last week)
so a total of 31.5lb in 14 weeks -
3.5lb from my 5th silver 7
hope everyones having a good weekend, I walked with my fiance from richmond to kew bridge today alongside the river, twas lovely - gained myself 3.5 activity points in the process too!

Hi there, I hope you dont mind me butting in on your thread but im a bit confused about the last question on the ww points quiz. Do you guys score 0 for being inactive or 2 for mainly standing/sometimes sitting? I asked a leader and she was a bit vague, im a SAHM but am up and down and walk to school and back (about 10 min walk each way). What do you guys do? Thank you

really bad week - pub fishand chips on Wedn night and chinese take away last night.

I didnt go to my weigh in last night as didnt get home from work till gone 8pm so missed it - i HAVE to be good now.

Please send me some inspirational messages to get me back on track.

BTW - Started 10 weeks ago, total weight loss last week was 16.5 pounds

Hi DDD I am the same as you - had a bad week but managed to mentain.

16.5pts is the same as 33 packs of butter - imagine that in front of you and that is what you used to carry around extra on your body!!!!!

I lost 2lbs last wed which took me to my stone weightloss! Was very pleased.

What are you all eating this week? I need some new ideas.

DH is out tonight and I am eating roasted cod with roasted veggies and mayo. Tis yum and about 4pts.

Went to Zizzi last night and had pasta with prawns which was 6pts.

Havnt been on the thread for a while, but weghed in on Tuesday and needed to lose 2.5lbs to make t 4 stone, was convinced I would only have done 2oz, and be left to lose the .5

But I had lost 3.5!!!!

I do admit that I have celebrated, by not being good this week and gone over points a couple of times, but not to bothered

That's fantastic shoe well done.

I cant stop eating salmon at the mo and sushi from Morrisons!!!

Today for lunch I had Sushi and tonight Ive had salmon marinated in yoghart and spices, fresh coriander, ginger and garlic baked in the oven. Had this with a WW pita bread and a salad of red onion, toms and cucumber. I recoken about 6/7 points

I've been away. Ate and drank like a pig for 10 days. . Am supposed to weigh in tonight but not sure if it will happen as things are happening at work and I might not get out. But have promised myself if I miss the weigh in, I'll go to gym instead and see if I can find a once off meeting near the office for later in the week.

I've also done a big tesco shop with lots of orders for things like salmon and peppers and butternut so hopefully can prepare appropriately low point meals in the evening again!

oooh I lost 3lbs today at WW!

I was sooooooooooo pleased but a bit shocked! tho I have been really good.

17lb weight loss in total now.

Chilli and tortillas and beer as a treat tonight but didnt really drink the beer as I didnt need it.

Must keep being good.

Having fresh pasta with prawns and tomatoes tomorrow night. V low points.

Half a pound off yesterday so that is 17.5lbs in total which is great!

Need to up the exercise now I think so I can keep losing.

me too half a pound off (total 18 lost) - I was a bit disappointed as have been fairly good but no exercise.

Im at the top end of a certain stone - I need 10pounds now to reach my goal and am struggling.

I need to up the exercise, I dont eat carbs or much meat so not sure where Ive gone wrong this week!

Well done everyone thats lost this week.
