To those who have succeeded on Paul Mckenna does it ever get easy to eat consciously?

I have seen some old threads where people have done well using PM system - are you still following the rules and is it easy to eat consciously now?

TIA

PS - Did anyone go to the seminar on saturday?

Hi Dalek - I haven't been on MN much recently, so haven't been checking in. Happy to say that still doing PM pretty much. Altho I have lots of weight to lose my main goal was to stop obsessing about my weight and my food and I seem to have done that. To that end I haven't weighed myself, but my clothes are definitely much looser and I haven't felt uncomfortably full through overesating for weeks. Also haven't felt guilty about anything I've eaten and some weeks I've probably had a creme egg a day!
I know there are 4 rules, but I pretty much stick with 2. 1. Only eat when you are hungry and 2. Enjoy every mouthful.
I completely understand the urge to do Lighter Life. I've done it myself losing three stone, but ended up back here anyway! The beauty of this is that I hope to be able to stick with it indefinitely.

PP - are you me? I too lost 3 stone on lighterlife, but have put back 2 - it's not the fault of lighterlife - it does what it says but for me it's not sustainable long term.

I have up and down days - not feeling quite so despondent today -hopefully soon I will see some results -although one thing that PM has taught me s to not constantly weigh myself.

Good luck PP and to everyone else.
