champs · 12/10/2005 17:31

Hi champs

How's things?

I'm still losing - onwards and downwards

champs · 12/10/2005 23:34

geraldgiraffe -- lol, then it's only right that you eat them before he gets back

puff -- that's good, keep it up. I have soooooo much to loose. feels a bit overwhelming

take it half a stone at a time when you are ready - when I'm finished, this will have been about 18 months out of my life - not that long and well invested as I'm feeling so much better.

champs · 15/10/2005 16:24

thanks puff, you're abs right. and if you think about how long it took me to put it all on 18mths to 2yrs isn't that long at all.
