any tips for keeping going during the horrid hormonal times?
I'm been going up and down through the same few pounds for mounths, losing a few pounds duing the happy weeks and putting them ( and sometimes a bit more) back on during the 'sod it' weeks.
I am really trying to break this pattern. I've managed to shift most of the gained lbs over last 2.5 weeks, now my hormones have dropped the challenge is that much tougher.
any ideas how to get through without gaining, or even better with a loss?

don't snack instead of eating meals, it only leads to all day snack attacks. make proper big healthy meals, and if still feel snacky in the evening, have sensible nibbles ( oatcake + protein, fruit + yog etc) that won't start up blood sugar roller coaster, and the snacking cycle.

keep away from choc, sugar and white processed carbs. one is never enough.
3.take it one day at a time. and one wobbly day doesn't mean it's ruined, just start over afresh the next morning.
