I am sure you are not doing crap Capp. Your posts sound like you are doing just fine to me. Think we can all be a bit too hard on ourselves when we slip a bit. Obviously we all want to lose the weight but we have to live a little too. Fingers crossed for us all at weigh-in tomorrow. PB

Oh Storm - sleep deprivation, I know it well. A walk would definitely make you feel better - thinking of doing the same thing if I can talk my eldest two into it. We had plans for a day out with a friend and her DS but it's been torrential all day and the sun only just showing its face now.

I love green tea (used to drink way too much coffee so only have one in the morning now and green or herbal teas for the rest of the day). They say it also boosts your metabalism - don't know if that is true or not to be honest!

Thats good Storm. We didn't get our walk either as the rain started again so ended up popping out to the shops in the car.

Think with green tea you either like it right away or you don't - I don't really like plain green tea so buy ones like cranberry and apple & pear. Enjoy!

well I am having a weekend off, because we are going to pils, and I have been getting tireder and tireder all week so I am just going to sleep, eat whatever they feed me and try to fend off an ME relapse

We are childree until tomorrow so we are going out to a lovely restuarant in Bath this evening, so I'd imagine my 5lb loss might turn into a gain.

I have been lurking on her for a few days, but felt too much of a fraud to join in, as not actually doing anything. However I managed 20 minutes of exercise this morning, so count me in!

I would've done more but it is exremely hot here (I live in Italy) and I ended up feeling faint. Tomorrow I am going to try and do it as soon as I wake up and DH can do the kid's breakfast [evil grin]

ok, am prepared to do whatever sheiky says, since she strikes me as a fun sort of person.
today i shall sign up for some yoga classes and take 10 mins of exercise and... put me spanx back on to remind me to hold me tummy muscles in.

i want to be size 10 by xmas. (lalaland)
more realistically, i want upper arms that dont make me feel ashamed and old and a tummy of resonablke proportions.

Whoo-hoo! Lost three pounds! For the first time in three years, I'm finally under the 11st threshold, at 10st 12. Another 13 pounds to go - I would LOVE to be under 10st, if only by a pound.

I'll try vey hard not to celebrate with a packet of hobnobs today...

I had an awful evening and right through the nite with dd ? she got her mmr on Thursday and is having a terrible reaction already ? wee soul. So no exercise for me yesterday ? will do an hour today to make up for it whenever I can squeeze it in ? dh working so at the mercy of my 3 dc?s.

Sheik ? well done at your weight loss despite being pissed last night (lucky you! )

Yes Ruffle ? that Sheik is a hard-taskmaster. She is raising the level of daily exercise by 5 mins each week so its 15 from today.

Well, I had a feeling I would have a loss as I have been exercising and following Scottish Slimmers since Monday and a friend who doesn?t know I am actively trying said last night I looked as if I had lost weight!!!!!!! So, scales show this morning ?? 4lb loss!!! Yippee. Only another 14 to go!!! Like Sheik ? lets see if I can keep from just putting it back on over weekend and stick to the diet / exercise. I WILL DO THIS. Only 8 weeks and 4 days to go until my holiday so must stick to it!!!

Oh feel even better now - I have a wee weight loss ticker on tickerfactory.com and went to update it and realised I actually only have 12.5lbs to go. I had been yo-yo loss and gain for a couple of weeks before doing this with you guys but did manage to keep 1.5lbs of it off so that 5.5lbs off in total!! Happy wee camper I am (and the sun is shining here for a change too - feel a walk coming on.) PB

I need to get some scales, but I'm annoyed that I've had 3 sets of scales in the last 3 years and they all broke.
Might just get myself weighed at the chemists.
