On here you can do a daily journal, for free.
Add your food, and any exercise, it has housework under 'home activities'.

I might have had kfc fries, half a burger and a bit of fat coke last night.

BUT i was under on my calories for other meals and had no alcohol. Not too hideous.....

From that website..

I didn't realise one pound was 3500 calories!!
Fuck me.
No wonder it isn't particularly easy to lose weight!

Apparently my 15 minutes on the exercise bike is worth 250 calories, so I'd have to cut out 250 calories, and do my bike for 15 minutes, every day, to lose 1lb a week!

VS - I do keep my own journal for eating and drinking as I am following Scottish Slimmers (mostly). Also log my water, h/teas and exercise. Don't normally include h.work - was just clutching at straws there!!

I have been good so far today ans have just done 55 mins on wii fit. I am going out on Saturday so will stick to wine and sodas and plan on going swimming on Saturday morning.

WE ARE GOING TO BE GOOD TODAY, YES?

I feel I have been slacking off my bossiness this last few days.

Wii fit said I had put 6lbs on since Monday

I just don't have the energy for exercise and its a horrid day here so don't think my 3 would appreciate being dragged out for a walk in it but maybe later I will go myself if I can muster up the motivation. Will be good with my eating and drinking water etc tho. Was supposed to be having lunch with a friend today and a few vinos with another friend tonight but I have cried off on both so will be saving lots of calories there. PB

VS it's so hot here I'm sweating sitting on the sofa MNing. Does that count?

Been busy here so no exercise since tuesday, apart from splashing in the pool. But on the other hand I have been sorting the house as opposed to sitting on my arse so not too bad. Food wise probably neutral, and broke my no alcohol resolution as we ate out last night and I couldn't let DH drink alone, could I? [kicks own arse] [climbs back on wagon]

Still haven't got hold of scales or weighed my self, but I sort of feel thinner a bit.

I have a routine with my wii fit

I do the half moon yoga and the warrior pose (can do any others)

Then I do Hula, step, advanced step, running, step, 10 min boxing, 6 min boxing and then 3 min boxing, then I do hula, then I do that balancing game with the marbles and then I go back to yoga and finish with deep breating

I always sweat likle a bitch afterwards.

Storm - if you get on your wii fit you will warm yourself up without having to put the heating on!

I want wii fit too but think its about £70 is it not ? Too many other things to be paying out for at the moment for me!

Not quite sure about that sputnik, but it may help you eat less food and drink more water?

I'm going to go back on my bike in a minute I think. I've worked it out that I can fit 3X15 minutes into my day, one in the morning, one at baby's lunchtime nap, 1 in the evening when the DC's are in bed, might try fitting another one in too.
Plus an hour of power housework = burning off 267 calories(according to my weight on that site) + 750 (for the bike)+1000 calories a day in exercise+500 in food =1500 a day, which means I'd lose about 3/4 lb a week.

My calories I'm cutting down to 1500 (no idea what I was eating)

dont forget VS we get BF calories so should be eating 2300 a day. plus whatever bf uses up.

wii fit is about £100- mine was on ebay.

i have had a CRAP day

I ate healthy stuff

and then a ton of crap on top of it

and last night I was so tired I had beer and then picked a fight with dh about bedding

Cappy, worry not. Just eat well for the rest of the day. So what if you have eaten a load of crap, short of vomming it all up again, there isn't owt you can do about it. MOVE ON, M'GIRL Donb;t feel bad (although, that is the way I feel when I gorge)

Well, I am just off to be mugged by a dentist now.

75 fucking quid for a 30 minute appointment

I am in the wrong job.

So, yesterday I did great.
I had only eaten 750 calories after dinner time, and that wasn't me being a twat, I just didn't eat loads, and didn't snack. Three meals but only 750 calories.
Then I had wine. But that bottle of wine being 800 calories still means my daily intake was only 1550.
Plus, I did my bike twice (250 a time) and power housework. So I used 735 calories up.
If I can keep it up (doubt it, I'm crap) then I should lose around 3-4lb a week, but I'll probably get hammered on saturday night and order a kebab or something.

Did good yesterday, had a lovely day and was out for half of it.

As Im off tomorrow I weighed this morning and have lost 2lbs thank god. No doubt I'll put it back on and more besides this week but Im planning on doing a fair bit of walking. Hopefully

Well done VS and Dillinger on your 2lbs off. Yesterday I had an ok day food-wise then blew it on several Morgan's last night. I don't expect to have lost anything at all this week - hasn't been a good one - just hope I haven't put on!

Was good all day yesterday but until we went out - but i said i was allowed to be naughty as it was a treat

had a little curry, mostly rice, some pink wine and choc fudge cake!

Back to it today though. Walked home from pub yesterday - exercise??!

Congrats those with loss (VS are you eating enough for BF? Remember how much that uses up etc)
